Citrus fruits are squeezed (Orange Lemon), the rest of the fruit is chopped (strawberries, peach), and they are left in the refrigerator to cool.

In the juice, it dissolves sugar to taste, and add ice in quantity.

Finally, the sugary juice is mixed with the cava and, if you want, with some white or rosé wine. The amount of wine will determine the needle (amount of bubbles) of the resulting bleed.

Once with everything mixed, covered (so that the bubbles are not lost) and cooled, when serving in the glasses it is decorated with a few drops of brandy.
