Haircuts Snappy Dapper

All retro stuff are chic again, and nothing more than the haircut of the dapper. The word œdapper means neat, and that’s exactly how most of these styles are to be found. The main features of this style are well-defined lines, tapered undercuts, and sliced back hair, all adding to the look of the 1940s. Such styles work perfectly on any face of the body, making sure you always look smart.

1 Looking Snappy

This look features a large, high section shaved on one side right down. On the other side, the hair is textured and the finger combed in order to have a certain height.

2 Wide

On one side we see a well-faded undercut with combed locks on the other. The parting you see here is called an œhard parting and a razor is used to produce it. This allows the careful cut to draw attention.

3 Vintage Hair

This is a clean do with a vintage twist that is ideal for every occasion. It has a side section and a well-mixed razor cut. The longer hair was neatly combed and the pompadour look has a little boost.
4 Dressy Dapper Look

That definite well-groomed feel is given by the little bit of curl in this look. The top hair draws our attention and looks great against the cut and hard parting of the razor.

5 Smart Styling

In this inspired cut of the 1940’s we see a wave pattern over the front with the hair neatly combed, while on the other hand the hair is cut super short next to a high part.

6 Clean Cut

This picture shows that the hair has been cleanly shaved over the ears and around the neck nape. Before being precisely combed back, the rest of his locks were separated and cut to a uniform length.

7 Doing Dapper All Day

These straight lines improve this style’s clean look. The hand was held rasped and the hair in front of the parting was combed in the texture with some curls.

8 Electric Blue Pompadour

An important aspect is the bright blue hue used here; retro hair in modern colour. This look has tons of height in front and was built to lean slightly forward. Note the subcut carefully graded and the way the color always fades out.

9 Groomed Taper

This dapper style has a crisp undercut that tapers gently until the sides and nape are covered only in a thin layer of skin. The hair in front of the undercut is long and brushed back from the front.

10 Stylish Slick

In this sleek fashion, hair doesn’t seem to be out of place. We see the popular undercut faded once again and the hair is sliced back. Pomade can be used to enhance the appearance of slick and does not leave the locks dry.

11 Post Vintage

This style is slightly more messy than the usual dapper style; the longer hair has been designed with plenty of lift and wave lying. The other side is super cool with a long side segment extending to the top.

Skin and scissors

This hair was snipped specifically to build texture. The long to short sides tapered and back you see here is called an œskin or razor fade.

13 Get up and go

This style is not only easy to maintain, but trendy as well. Here, on one hand, the hair is quite short with an undercut on the other. A rough break divides them.

14 Boldly blended

Do you not like the way the edges of the hairstyle are blended with his facial hair? Notice also how the round shapes were brought into the style and the slight lift on the front.

15 Sharp Look

The hair was cut short on one side of the wide part and a thick layer of bare skin appears on the other. The hair was brushed high and styled to be spiky on the other hand.

16 Front Flipped

In this picture, we can see that the long side portion of the hair was styled and allowed to hang with a soft curl from the face. The other side tapers smoothly to the back, creating an interesting contrast.

17 Blended Side

Instead of rating the undercut from the top downwards, this style has the hair starting short in the temples and then tapering thinner backwards. The hair was neatly combed from the hard parting and away from it.

18 New Dapper

Here we see a bold side section with a faded skin on the left side and a buzz cut on the other side. It’s a fun, modern look at the dapper.

19 Neatly Retro

In this picture we see that the short side of the hairstyle is combed and the opposite side is also combed roughly with a small elevation just above the front.

20 Swept forward

The locks on the right side are quite long and have been styled in front of the brow. The left side, next to a well-defined separation, has a skin fade.

21 Super Spruce

We see in this hairstyle that a hard parting has been created but it’s pretty short. The hair was tapered shorter behind the door, finishing with a clean cut base.

22 High Fashion, Low Maintenance

Similar to the one we see here, razor fade cuts have the added advantage of being quite professional in appearance and low maintenance.

23 Weaved Texture

You will notice here that the sideburn and temple areas are squared off. We love the lift provided on the other side by the voluminous fold over.

24 Fine Comb

The hair was cut back and finely combed in this dapper hairstyle. That’s what makes it feel so distinctive.
