QA with Maria True Salon Owner / Aveda Artist design maker @ Just Imagine U Salon at Hudson Ny How would you describe this look? This is a bob slice with a razor that is graded. I like to make this cut with a razor, because it gives straight lines that make it easy to style. Works well on all s, but especially medium to fine hair with a slight bend to it. A simple formula with only a bit of Aveda Phomollient and spray shine to add glitter to the hair when it runs. Flat brush for a more straight look or a more complete round brush. It looks great with a slimmer face and neck on men. As you notice on my model, you can really showcase this cut with dimensional emphasis or very dramatic on gray hair. How would you characterize this look?

Classic Golden Blonde Wedge Cut

The classic wedge cut is a flexible, elegant look for thick hair designed to flow with the form of the head with rounded graduation. To create volume and smoothness at the same time, it can be styled with a round brush. The suggestions that someone feels about it? This cut works on thick wavy or straight hair and making it look thicker would also work on thin hair. The style will work on an oval face of a square jaw and also a face of the form of a rectangle. Styling ease is mostly done with a round brush and a blower because the hair growth is done.

QA with style designer Angie Mendoza Stylist @ Rockaway Nj Hairology How would you describe this look? This look, at the same time, is classy yet edgy. The haircut of my client always looks very well arranged curly or straight while still fun and trendy. The color is the icy blonde for which everyone goes without being too sluggish and washing her out!How are you going to describe this look? The biggest part of this look is your hair’s structure and cut form! Another great stylist had done the color before and I improved her short angled bob haircut so it packed a little more. Any advice that someone thinks about it? This is a great example of over 60 voluminizing short hairstyles. It lookcreates weight when you have thinning or fine hair and gives an impression of completeness. For smoothness, it requires at least blowdrying with a volumizing product (best upside down result) and perhaps a slight touch of a flat iron. Luckily, the style is very quick and lightweight with a short cut like this.

QA with Kathy Campbell Stylist design creator @ Fraser Indigo Salon Mi How would you describe this look? The most beautiful thing about this short to medium haircut is that on everyone it looks pretty good. This look is easy to put together and grows on salt and pepper hair well and gives the crown a boost and a lovely framing around the eyes. This haircut has the best of both worlds – neckline shortness for coolness and crown height. From a side view, the angle along the jawline is becoming new and up-to-date. On this client, too, I did the Hl Ll as she likes a strong dark contrast. I also added the dark color to the nape region.

Fabulous haircut

QA with Terri Doheny Stylist style founder @ Altered Ego Salon Spa in Tempe Az How would you describe this look? This client had her short curly hair with a Deva Style. To boost her natural steel gray voice, it’s a short stacked A-line bob with a cobalt blue rise. The suggestions that someone feels about it? Whatever age your natural curls will understand, they can be freeing and inspiring. It is important to educate the consumer with the right product and technique. Curl Cream and Gel Cocktail plus diffusing results = stunning for this customer. Trendy Blunt Blonde Bob Style

QA with Brittani Cooper Owner / Hair Designer style @ Martelli Salon Spa in Bozeman Mt How would you describe this look?Bronde Highlights

QA with Samantha Hope Stylist @ Platinum Salon in Tampa Fl How would you describe this look? The hue is a highlight of 3 tons – a profoundly richer and darker color, a transitional color and a lighter blonde. The dark base completely covers the areas from the occipital bone down, so when the cutting process started I avoided any sharp spotty lines (graduation cut in the back). In order to contour the eyes, I always like to keep the lighter bits in front. I start with some volumizing mouse and root booster with styling, concentrating the back and smoothing the serums in the front to the eyes. I keep rounding the back and front with a medium to large circular brush focusing and volume building in the back. Then I go in with our flat iron smoothing and smooth the front surfaces to complement the cut and the shape of the face. My client’s reactions are the best thing about this. She stared in the mirror as she looked. That was her head, she couldn’t believe. She felt about herself so well. Any advice that someone thinks about it? One thing to really consider is the styling of time. Do you have to waste 20 minutes styling? You also need to consider the investment needed for this cut and color to look its best in equipment and styling products. I propose a voluminous mousse (we love the Extra Body Sculpiting Foam by Paul Mitchell). A smoothing serum (Paul Mitchells Super Skinny Serum) a medium to large round brush and a protective thermal (Paul Mitchell’s Safe Spray) of course. The only face shape I don’t think complements this cut is those with rounder face shapes. How would you describe this look?

Cool Neck Length A-Line Bob

This is a classic, natural-highlighted A-line bob. It is stacked in the back slightly and tilted in the front. This client is ideal for this sassy cut with straight hair and the fine / medium weave gives her some nice color size. I love the A-line bob because depending on the severity of the angle and the layered layers, it can be personalized from person to person. The suggestions that someone feels about it? For someone with a round or oval face shape, this cut is perfect and great for all age ranges. With a smoothing cream and flat ironing to fine, straight hair makes for easier styling blow drying. Any wave or curl gives bounce and texture in order to apply a curl cream or mouse to wet hair and then scrunch or dry a 1? (Or less) iron curling.

QA with Lindsay McFadden Owner / Stylist design designer @ Basic Beauty in Kelowna Bc How would you describe this look? The best thing it can offer about this look is the dimension. Doing tone on tone color through the underside makes it possible to shine through the texture of this slice. I love how versatile it might be – straighten it to look chic or curl it to look low-maintenance. I’d describe this look as almost anyone can pull off a look.
Edgy Short Pixie Cut with White Hair

QA with Stephani Cunningham Educator style @ True Salon in Marietta Ga How would you describe this look? This look is an edgy pixie cut with a razor in the ear-length. The thing about this look that I love most is how simple it is to style – dried finger and made pomade piecey. The suggestions that someone feels about it?
