This updo is perfect for someone who wants a wedding or party for a boho or romantic feel. It makes me think with lots of beautiful floral images of an outdoor wedding. It’s put together, but it sounds effortless as well. Like it might be worn for a summer night concert, but on her wedding day it’s also ideal for a bride.
Small Braids
I would characterize this look as an elegant style for weddings or events. The double braid is my favorite part of the look. I think the style looks more complex and elegant. I’d definitely say I’d have a nice hairspray to look at! I used not all haircare items from your mother to keep the theme. If the client has hair extensions it will give the style a much fuller look. 
Dimensional Chain Braid
It has the timeless look of a conventional braid, but it becomes edgy and distinctive by mixing it up and making it a chain braid. If somebody wanted me to recreate this look, I’d make sure they’d be all right with some texture and a more vibrant finish. Even though there is width in this look, I would make sure that they are comfortable with the fact that the front is closer to the scalp. I could recreate this look any type of hair I’d only change the products I’m using. I’d like to add texture and volume with a lot of shine to fine hair. My favorite mix is Redken’s Full Frame Mousse with a drop of Redken’s Glow Dry to reach that right now. It’s the perfect combo for volume and shine without weighing the hair down. To build a smooth and managed yet voluptuous canvas, I would use Redken Velvet Gelatine and some Redken Guts for thicker hair. I love using Redken’s Windblown to finish with any hair texture and produce a disheveled look with brightness and texture.
Beachy Side Braid I would describe this look as beachy. It looks very natural as if her hair had been kissed by the sun. I love the root’s own natural complexity and it blends into the beautiful blonde pops across her head and ends.My boho pony is a warped ponytail. This is a modern take on the low ponytail style. I think of loose waves texture and big messy fishtail braids when I think of bohemian hair. This look encompasses all of the above but is easy to achieve easily and is the perfect style for any girl who has to attend a formal event but is not so formal! Ground sea salt sea sea salt sea salt! This style of hair is all about texture, so applying a good sea salt spray before drying to damp hair (and also before dry hair styling) is a great way to add structure and flexibility to smoother, silkier hair types. I can’t get enough spray of texture either. Use that on the roots to add volume and offer more shape and look after styling directly on the pony. Redken Wax Blast is incredible to create hair texture!
Softly Braided Updo
A with Licensed Organic Hairstylist I’d describe it as a softly braided updo boho. I love the simplicity of the pulled apart braids and carefree soft curls ‘ earthy yet elegant vibe. This is a great style for anyone with shoulder-length hair or longer looking for a fast and easy style that is soft and playful and is not going to get in their way. It’s great for moms who like to get down on the dance floor with young kids or ladies. This look will work with nearly every type of hair. I recommend starting with clean dry hair for straight hair and using either a dry shampoo or powder root booster and a light hairspray to add some texture and keep. Until wrapping 1-inch parts around a 1 1/4-inch barrel curling iron or wand, use these materials. You can jump right into braiding for hair that has a natural texture! Push the braids apart gently and pin the back. Take out a couple of comfortable hair pieces to frame the face and neck. Messy Bohemian Half-Braids
A with Owner There are essentially two French inverted braids with added volume that are finished with a nice hair twist to cover the elastic. First of all, the hair is styled with a little wave and some sea salt spray. This look is quite plain, but it’s so chic! For so many looks, this style is great. With a somewhat formal black dress, this could be worn absolutely to dress it down a bit while still being trendy. It’s also a favorite customer with the most casual attire including tops with flannel shirts or even a t-shirt! You can go straight to the gym from a dressed look by just pulling it all up in a ponytail that looks fabulous as well. With a sea salt spray, as well as a dry shampoo and/or a volume texture spray, the boho braids are definitely the best. These products provide the good texture and piece-y-ness volume that makes this look adorable. The secret to all good hair: Don’t worry about it!
Given this look, my advice to a client is that the hair must be able to hold a curl or wave well. The whole premise of the bohemian look is to have loose-looking natural waves. If the hair falls flat, the look won’t be achieved. Sea salt sprays and texture sprays are some great styling products that add wave and texture to hair. My favorite use on these models is Kevin Murphy’s Doo. Over surface mist. This style is great to wear a festival or even a boho-themed wedding for a party. Most of my customers who ask for this style are looking for a natural and easy look.

If choosing any kind of boho styles, note that many of the models have extensions just like this bride-to-be. When you add your hair bling, the whole look changes as well. My best advice is to come with your hair additions well prepared to give your stylist a chance to fight to recreate something that you have in mind. I consider the messier version as well! Though, it’s not the fuzzier because nobody likes frizz. I use Redken Spray Wax and/or Kenra alcohol-free hairspray to easily secure my boho beauties.

At the moment, infinity braids are everywhere and fairly easy to achieve. The various textures you get from the combination of braids are my favorite thing about the fashion. My model had great thick hair for this look. If you are not blessed with tresses like hers, for the Dutch fishtail, I would use a textured iron at the roots to add volume.
