The Court of Instruction number 2 of Palma has admitted to processing the complaint of the Balearic Government, filed through the Lawyers of the autonomous community on behalf of the Balearic Institute of Women, against the Mallorcan “influencer” Naim darrechi, 19, for an alleged crime of discrimination.
The complaint was filed due to the viral dissemination of an interview in which Darrechi He boasted that he deceived women into having sex without a condom and, for this, he assured them that he had been subjected to an alleged surgical sterilization, the Ministry of the Presidency, Public Function and Equality reported this Saturday.

At the discretion of the Lawyers of the Autonomous Community, these events represent a crime that implies a prison sentence of six months to two years and a fine for actions that involve humiliation, contempt or discredit to any of its victims.
The Balearic Government affirms that it has the duty to protect the commission from sexual abuse and assault, not allow actions that threaten the sexual and reproductive health of women and glorify these crimes.
In addition, the obligation of the Balearic Executive is also to ensure that the contents broadcast through social networks, which are the great references in the development of people’s behaviors, do not promote actions against the sexual and reproductive rights of women.
Last July, the Balearic Institute for Women, under article 52 of the Law for the Comprehensive Protection of Children and Adolescents, also denounced Naim darrechi before the Spanish Agency for Data Protection and requested the closure of his YouTube channel and Tik Tok account, a complaint that was admitted for processing.
