The Super Bowl is the final of the National Football League (NFL) championship, one of the most important sporting events in the United States.
It has been held for more than 50 years and faces the winners of the two American football conferences in the country: the National Conference and the American Conference (which arose as a result of various mergers and restructuring of previously existing competitions).
Since the 38th edition, the appointment with the Super Bowl is the first Sunday in February. It is the most followed televised event in the world.
