For a special event, this is such a fun and unique look. Anyone with lots of hairsprays could rock this look! How would you characterize this look?

A Super Edgy Hairstyle

I tailored the look of my customers to suit their fun personality! She loves standing out and has an edgy personality. I buzzed around and used my trimmer to carve the EKG (heartbeat) pattern on the side. For texture, the top was razored to give it an effortless punk look that can be done at home by itself. We went for the depth of a dusty rose color with a shadow base. I used a Q-tip to clean her scalp’s color along with the design to make it pop! The suggestions that someone feels about it? For someone who just wants to fashion and go, this look is extremely easy. Depending on the type of hair, all you need to do is use a hairdryer and brush to smooth your hair. Upon drying, you should apply mousse for fine hair. A trick for extra volume or spikiness is to dry your hair in the opposite direction you want to wear it, then take a pomade to rub it in your hands and use your fingertips to move the hair back over. After drying, a flatiron may be required for coarse curly hair. You can fluff it up and make it messier by using a texture spray or dry shampoo on the roots. The use of hairspray will help to maintain the look. Can be changed to match your face shape by the amount of volume on top and how you wear the front / bang area! During the haircut appointment, an experienced stylist will address this and decide what is best for you. Hot Pink A-line

QA with Future Professional Color Specialist How would you describe this look? The suggestions that someone feels about it? Fashion colors are really fun, but they are also extremely hard to maintain. Pink hair is probably the hardest. With all my customers choosing to take the jump in fashion shades, I’m talking about care and maintenance for them, which involves possible bleeding on pillow cases and towels. It’s key to cold water. So if my customer has to shampoo their hair twice a day and I have to be very creative with how to achieve this look just like hot showers. A particular customer is in her mid-forties and this has ruined every notion of her being a soccer mom run of the mill. She’s just like the edgy haircut fun and she wants to be special and has no problem being the best in the house.

Dark Short Hair with Dark Red Highlights

Ideal for those with pink and bluish background. The deep colors and the dark highlight allow you to wear the vibes of punk rock.

70’s Punk Blue Mohawk

Pinky Bob

QA with Apprentice Stylist This look would be described as soft punk. Getting that edginess while maintaining innocence. The different shades of pink hair color and the blunt perimeter soft layers make this look the ideal transitional phase to total punk! The advice that someone thinks about it? I’d recommend this look to someone who enjoys changing it every day! The cut’s versatility is amazing! With some crazy texture and curl, you can wear this sleek and sophisticated or rock it out! I used a smoothing balm and a powerful mousse for this look. The natural hair of my guest is beautiful curls. The smoothing balm and mousse make these wild strands more controlled! Take a semi-permanent color leap and comfortably let your freak flag fly! Punk Rock for straight hair

Attitude matches the theme of wearing rock on your mane. Stylist Amber paired with a deep ginger shade to bring straight hair to life.

Hairstylist Instagram QA How would you describe this look? I’d describe this look as a very disconnected modern mullet with loads of texture. This is a playful interpretation of one of the 80s ‘ most famous looks. The advice that someone thinks about it? Surely this is a more fashion-forward theme. To pull this look off, you need a confident personality and style. The best thing about the modern mullet is it works best when it’s slightly unkempt so it doesn’t require a lot of styling. For a piecey undone look, I would recommend at most adry shampoo and texture paste such as Aveda’s Control Paste or Verb’s Sea Texture Cream.

Wild moveRecall that this print can be easily cut out after your sides grow a bit to leave a fairly low color of commitment for anyone considering this look. Conversely, if it’s something you’d like to wear for a long time, you’ll need to sit down and finish your color and paint the pattern back on at every haircut or maybe every other depending on how much of the pattern is removed. Green Lantern

I name this Green Lantern undercut pixie. I love the texture of the strong lines and the color that I created makes it pop. The suggestions that someone feels about it? Many people who want such a look are experimenters already. Long before they got to me, they played on their own. I would like to take them to the next level.

Cool Spiky Hair

The coolness of the hair is not as scary as it seems spikes. With a bold hair color and some visual undercut, you could go in everything. Instagram QA with Color Blonding Expert How would you characterize this look? Pompadour Mohawk

My favorite thing about this look is how well it really adds to the features of the client to their personal style. It’s easy and never-ending cool clean. The suggestions that someone feels about it? It’s ideal for those with a strong bone structure and an oval face shape if you’re considering a look like this. This hairstyle requires time for styling and a couple of wonderful materials, so it’s certainly not a look of low maintenance! I suggest Oribe Volumista Mist with a small to medium round brush for volume sprayed from roots to ends before blowing. Follow up with Oribe Superfine Solid Hairspray for a shiny glass-like finish to lock in place and then gently mist with Oribe Shine Reflecting Spray. VoĆla!

Master Colorist / Creative Hair Designer Instagram QA How would you describe this look? I just love that look. It’s a classic shag from Joan Jett, which can be worn in many ways. I love the look’s versatility because it can be worn super textured and very dramatically styled, or it can be kept simple and toned down while it still has an edge. Creative Hair Artist Recreated Mullet

QA How would you describe this look and what’s your favorite? This is a hairstyle assertion that is not for the heart of the poor! The recreated mullet returns in all the right places with more dramatic angles and texture. What items would you suggest for this look to be preserved and recreated? I recommend that you blow dry the consistency and shine in a thickness cream. When clean spray for that gritty look in a salt mist and scrunch the skin. Use a matte wax to finish the part and accentuate the look. This look is so versatile and can be tailored to everyone, but it would work best for someone with medium to thick hair that doesn’t mind styling their hair for a while. It will flatter the shape of a diamond or oval heart. This look is also good for someone with a big nose, as with the hard angles it draws attention away from it. It can open someone’s face with small features as well.

Deathhawk Hair

Owner QA How would you describe this look and what’s your favorite? This look is influenced by the fashion style of Deathrock and the color is the choice of my client. It’s a teased Deathhawk mohawk. Hairstylist Instagram QA How would you describe this look and what is your favorite? I’d characterize this look like a punk with a grungy answer to a haircut of precision. With very choppy short layers, it has some triangular shape. Apart from the silhouette, my favorite part is all the technical aspects that produced this hair design. I do love that on her naturally wavy hair, it still looks great. Some of the top brands that I recommend are the Texture Spray Puff Me Volumizing Powder from Lanza or even the Rough. Rider from Kevin Murphy. To get that hair to stand up and provide the broken texture in the ends, you really need a dryer feeling gritty item. What kind of customer do you suggest this look for? This cut works great between straight and wavy on hair types, though you could go curly for it! I think this style is really good for a person who wants an edgier look but still needs professionalism to be retained. It’s more punk or more polished depending on how you move this haircut around. Even though with any color hair this style would look great, I just find that the lighter color makes it better to see the texture. By Length
