Is Net Neutrality impacting

BitTorrent Soon to launch P2P social media streaming platform “BitTorrent Live”Ceo of BitTorrent and Tron Justin Sun made the following remark about their new social media platform: “Imagine talking with your favorite athlete getting lost in a music festival or meeting new friends to share your interests-all by just firing the BitTorrent Live app. By using our open technology we aim to create a boundary-free internet but also to be at the forefront of the new experience of content. In the coming months, BitTorrent Live will also integrate blockchain technology that restores users privacy and ownership while also making the use of cryptocurrency as a new payment method. “The platform will be centralized for the start and during the beta testing process, so that the P2P technology will be introduced at a later stage. The content will also not be archived during the beta phase according to information obtained by TorrentFreak as the development efforts will focus on the core app. Finally the same sources claim that the revenue that broadcasters can anticipate will depend on the quality of the content generated while the BitTorrent Token will be a sponsored payment method from the start. As with the idea of ‘ get paid to seed ‘ that BitTorrent hopes to gain traction in the P2P community this streaming platform will be launched with a large question mark. It all depends on the response of the citizens, and the manner in which BitTorrent launches services that are mutually dependent on each other and mutually sponsored by the company will either stand or fall as a whole. We hope it will be the former, for the sake of a decentralized internet.
