Apart from the mystery surrounding Kate’s husband, Ventimiglia’s approach is all about conversation. Fans just have good things to say. One Instagram user wrote This is an AMAZING episode. Easily placed in my top 5. I don’t think he aimed it at any chance! The writing was great and he got the best results out of everybody! A huge number of others have felt the same way. Another fan who wrote Milo deserves an Emmy to have this episode directed. The episode was very complex with the introduction of many new characters, including the new boyfriend of young Sophie and Kate Marc. Even, Ventimiglia nailed it. Hartley’s character Kevin lives where Jack is dead in the present day. We can only see Jack through flashbacks and young Kevin gets an opportunity to work with Ventimiglia. Hartley toldPeople Because it doesn’t make a lot of sense for us to work together because of the way the story unfolds on the series, so it was good to be at work and even have him there in that role. It’s cool, it’s perfect. The co-star was eager to spend some time on-set with Ventimiglia. He’s continued to be my friend so it’s good to have him and he’s a very smart, very capable man. I don’t think there was anyone concerned about how he would do it. Everyone knew that he would be successful at that. It was just good to have him in there. And I like Milo I like to hang out with him so I like to be around him. View this post on Instagram Guess who’s making his directorial debut on # ThisIsUs?
