Once the foamy texture is acquired, pour the mixture into a mold, a flanera or in individual molds. Let the gelatin cool slightly to room temperature before putting it in the fridge.
If you wait for it to cool a bit before putting it in the fridge, it will take less time to refrigerate and the result will be better. Leave it in the refrigerator for a minimum of 3 or 4 hours so that it sets.
