Cleans the work surface very well and roll out the dough with a rolling pin (stick or bolillo) on the counter. There should be a very thin dough, approximately 1 millimeter thick. This detail is very important, since cooking in oil is very fast and, if the dough is very thick, it will brown quickly on the outside but will remain raw on the inside.
7
Cut out several discs of dough. Use a bowl that is the right size to use in a similar way to how you would use a cookie cutter.

8
Remove the remaining dough. Roll the remaining dough into a ball and let it rest for 10 minutes. Put it in a bowl and cover it with plastic wrap. After that time, repeat the previous operation with this dough.
9
Incorporate the filling into each dough disc. Add 1 tablespoon of filling for each.
