  • Ideal for oily hair: If your hair tends to get greasy and look dirty very quickly, it is best to do a treatment with rosemary since, thanks to its astringent properties, you will get a less oily and looser mane.
  • Fight dandruff: It is also an ideal option to deal with dandruff as it hydrates the scalp, thus ensuring that it does not flake and, therefore, reduces the white particles of dandruff.

To take advantage of these benefits and power grow hair with rosemary you have several options. The first of them is that you prepare an infusion for which you will need:

  • 1 liter of water
  • 35 grams of rosemary

Bring it to a boil for about 10 minutes. Then remove from the heat and strain the liquid, discarding the leaves of the plant. You can keep this infusion in a glass bottle and, thus, use it whenever you want. To be able to apply it, it has to be cold and you can put it directly on the scalp or, if you prefer, you can use a spray and distribute it all over the head.

As soon as your hair is damp you will have to give yourself a circular massage and, afterwards, let it act on your hair for about 10 minutes. Rinse with cold water and repeat this process for as many days as possible so that the result is much more visible.

Another way there is using rosemary for hair growth is to prepare an essential oil with this plant. To do this, it is very easy because you will only have to mix half a cup of olive oil with 2 tablespoons of rosemary leaves. Heat it for 2 minutes in the microwave or, if you prefer, in a saucepan over the fire. Then you will have to leave stand covered with a cloth for 3 days and ready!

The way to apply it is very similar to what we have described in the previous point: you will have to apply the oil on the scalp giving a gentle massage that will reactivate blood circulation. Then you will have to let the properties act for about 10 minutes and rinse with plenty of water.
