Fernando Alonso is going to make a huge gesture of solidarity with the island of La Palma. The Asturian driver, who this weekend disputes the Formula 1 United States GP, will take this case dedicated to the population of the Canary Island, devastated by the eruption of the Cumbre Vieja volcano. Alonso announced at the official press conference of the United States GP that this Friday he will facilitate through his networks a platform to donate money for people affected by the La Palma volcano eruption. In addition, he assured that the special helmet in which he pays tribute to La Palma this weekend will be auctioned for charity purposes on November 4 in support of those affected.
