Hollywood Shut Down Vader Streams and is Ready to Receive $10 million in Damages ByBill Toulas-August 21, 2019 “0/0.1251.jpg” Vader Streams has been shut down by Ace Amazon and Netflix as announced by the Ottawa court this week. Since 2018 the same coalition has brought down several platforms for pirate Iptv. Vader Streams will have to pay $10 million in damages for which their size is not punishable. We reported back in May about the impending shutdown of the Vader pirate Iptv service platform. When the announcement came via Telegram from the service’s owners no one understood why things had to go this way, who was putting pressure on the service’s operators and whether Vader’s customers were potentially running the risk of getting their identities revealed to rightsholders or not. Vader administrators restricted their announcement to optimistic comments about their customers and resellers ‘ security and said the closure was their last resort. By accusing Vader Streams of providing a library of 2400 films and 350 TV shows from hundreds of channels, Ace has filed her case on a court in Ottawa. The estimated number of Vader financially supported subscribers is eight million mostly from the United States and Canada. This week the court issued a permanent injunction, so the case went public but this was previously kept a secret thanks to an “Anton Piller order.” This allowed Ace to search the premises hosting the Vader infrastructure and seize all copyright infringement proof without prior notice to the operators. Such orders are useful when the plaintiff fears the defendant will destroy the evidence in order to avoid paying compensation for damages. Speaking of which Vader Streams now faces a $10 million dollar amount while the domain ownership will be passed on to Ace. $10 million might sound like a lot, but I’m sure Vader’s company made a lot more of it. Still it is a strong final blow to Iptv’s once-popular pirated service. Charles Rivkin Ceo of the Mpa (Motion Picture Association) made the following comment on the decision of the court: “Actions like these can help to reduce piracy and foster a competitive legal marketplace for creative content that offers more competition for viewers than ever before, while maintaining millions of jobs in the film and television industry.”‘ 0/0.1253.jpg ‘ Asus Rog Strix X299-E Gaming Features: Dual M.2 front panel Usb 3.1 integrated wireless Ac Intel Optane supports 5-way synchronization FanXpert 4 SafeSlot Pcie slots Aura Sync Rgb SupremeFx S1220A Audio Socket: Lga 2066 Chipset: Intel X299 Dimensions (W x H x D): 9.6 x 12 x 1 in $274.12 Asus Rog Strix X299-E Gaming is an excellent choice for t …

The X299 Sage for Intel X299 Skylake-X platform is one of the most feature-rich boards available. It supports up to 4133 Mhz quad-channel Ddr4 Ram which makes some memory seriously fast. 8 Sata ports 1 M.2 2280 space, and 2 U.2 ports take care of storage. The inclusion of seven Pci Express slots is probably the most unique aspect of the X299 Sage. For any motherboard, this is a far stretch and helps you make the best use of the available Pci Express lanes on the Core i9-7980Xe. Another unique aspect of the Sage is that while the Core i9-7980Xe has a Tdp of 165 W, thanks to the top of the line cooling and power delivery systems this board can pump a whopping 460 W of electricity. The Ceb form factor allows for a wider distribution of Pcb components and as such you will not face any space constraints even if you are loading all the 8 Dimms or filling most Pci Express slots. The Sage also offers enough Rgb and fan headers for a seemingly workstation oriented board. While being priced as a motherboard for serious pros, the Sage is equally good at gaming benchmarks even though some of the more computer-oriented market boards are rated a little below. The Bios is completely featured and the number of options available can, frankly, get quite confusing. Asus boards offer some of the best software tools to overclock and prioritize network bandwidth and one of the most useful is Ramcache which basically uses a portion of unused Ram system as storage space to blister read and write speeds. The sheer number of features on the Sage means this board’s not for everybody. If you are not finding yourself populating at least four of the seven available Pci Express slots then you should be wondering if you would need this beast. Cons: Cosy

The board also comes with a refrigerating solution that suits the Lga 2066 socket perfectly and also cools the Vrms. You can also use the three M.2 slots in Raid as Asrock intelligently allocated one of them to the chipset and the rest to the Cpu so no bottleneck exists. Ultimately this is the only Itx board available for the X299 platform and Asrock has done a praiseworthy job with it. For this form factor, the price appears to be a bit high but makes sense until you factor in the benefits. Pros: Only Itx X299 board in the market supports Pcie riser card Good overclocking features Cons: Vrms need additional cooling Does not support 16-lane Cpus. 8.
