The Spanish Olympian, who was already a mother in 2017, will once again adapt her training to the development of pregnancy in each of its phases and to the instructions of her doctor.
According to the official note, the player hopes that the birth of her second child will occur in June 2022, so after giving birth she will return to training.
“I am very happy and excited to be a mom again. The priority now is that everything goes well as it was in 2017 with Saúl. It was a joy, and at the same time a surprise, to receive the news, but we are delighted to expand the family, “said Liliana.
“From a sporting point of view, my idea is to fight for what would be the fourth participation in the Olympic Games. I want to work hard to be in Paris 2024. The personal history regarding the pregnancy is very good and I hope to be able to live a similar pregnancy ”, explained the player, who recalled that the qualification phase for the Olympic tournament will begin in September 2022.
