I prefer to make crepes without eggs to be able to make the dough a few days since there are 2 of us at home and I have leftover dough and with egg it cannot be kept more than 2 days or 3.

These are not crepes … they are pancakes … and for those who stick to them … I have to tell you that you don’t have to be very clever to know how to take the pan where you make fried eggs or French omelet and make it there or just a Skillet that is not scratched and that is not very large of course …. if you are going to take a paella pan … well …. think a little that with 23 years they give you a thousand turns !!!!

Quiet that also happened to me … until I was giving the tricks. The dough should be left to rest for at least 30 minutes, at best. The pan can be very large, if you can keep one just for this, if it is already very used or if it is scratched, they will stick it is normal. And when you turn them, do it only when the dough makes bubbles, if possible with a large steel spatula or slotted spoon … k koja tldo el krepe so n you drop. Another thing that I do when my neighbor makes the dough (which she is very economical, and it is not done to the dough, it always sticks everything) turn them over on a plate, when this jumps with the hand you take it and you put it back in the pan. It is a very easy way tb.

Excellent idea, I did not follow the recipe to the hair, because the mixture was very liquid, therefore only add flour until it becomes thick. They should heat the pan well and then apply a lot of butter, the mixture without eggs is VERY GOOD since they are super fine. Which I loved, is something that I noticed at the moment.
