Making meringue is very simple, however, it is important to take into account the technique to get it to rise properly, serving as a decoration for your desserts.
To get started, check out the egg whites in a large enough bowl, as afterwards they will increase a lot in size. It is recommended to remove the eggs from the refrigerator beforehand so that they are at room temperature.

Add the powdered sugar slowly and keep stirring so that it is well integrated. If you use normal white sugar, it will be necessary to beat for a longer time so that it dissolves completely and does not remain granulated.
