This look has a very old style of Hollywood / Veronica Lake/1940. I love the dry waves of my finger that surround the side of my face. For a very sexy and desirable look, it really brings out the eyes and lips. First of all, create a great base. I used Aquage Uplifting Mousse, but the root gel spray could do the job as well. I prepared Osis Dust’s hair, which is a powder of mattifying volume. I used Osis Freeze for holding while styling, which is a good holding hairspray. I used Osis Sparkler to finish the design, which is a bright spray that leaves the hair (particularly blond) looking healthy and chic.
