Oval Face and Wavy Hair
Have you ever thought that the blended oval face and wavy hair could offer a beautiful and decent look? Fix your eyes on this and allow yourself sufficient time to be hypersensitive. These messy-like waves on a bob-cut neck-length and black hair color jet prove that simplicity can quickly turn into elegance. Black Female with Oval Face
Oval face shape is a well-known flexible form, and black ladies should rejoice as much out there with this face shape! The perfect combination of exploring different styles and looks is a versatile face shape combined with rich colored skin.
This straight bob’s undercut that gives me life! The side part gives strength to one hand which requires thin hair.

It is a blessing from the sky to have an oval-shaped face! The very flexible form is very well suited to any hairstyle. Like this spicy pixie undercut longer eyes, the tactical side-swept bangs have a flattering effect.
Short Bob Haircut
Any cut will do them good due to the versatility of the oval face! A short bob with blunt bangs elongates the head and offers a frame to refresh the face.

for Round Oval Faces
It is cut on the sides (up to the temples) with a graduation of 45 ° and back (up to the occipital bone) leaving out the top section. The undercut is designed to ensure that she gets more on top and less on the sides. In the crown area, the top is shorter to reach in the fringe area making an A-line effect! The color we have selected only enhances the cut! We placed the purple in an angle to display through the layers and add some dimension. This style is great for anyone who has fine hair with a round or oval face shape. I find it quite easy to do in terms of style. Depending on what you’re going to do, the material you’re bringing into it will change. I would recommend mousse and some kind of cream or oil smoothing. I would blow-dry with a comb to help get the hair off the scalp for more weight. I would smooth out with a flat iron if you want something elegant. I’d curl the hair with a flat iron or curling iron depending on what you’re comfortable with if you wanted to be messy with weight. I’m going to put some wax or pomade through to break the hair if you want it a little broken out.
With Curly Hair
A with Dry Haircutter This is a wave lip bob. It is a flexible bob form that can fit with many different textured hair. You don’t need to commit to having a part with this look as it’s built to be flipped all day long from side to side. With a leave-in conditioner and sea salt product on damp hair left to dry naturally and then flipped around, this look can be easily styled. It’s perfect for someone with a wow factor who wants a low-maintenance look.
Bangs

This is a classic blunt fringe bob with layers. This cut is never out of style! I like a bob’s versatility. There are countless ways to cut it from the length of layering and form of fringe wear it and style. My suggestion is to let a customer know how to keep this slice at home. I still describe the maintenance I provide for every haircut. We need to learn how to blast them properly with blunt fringe (or any fringe actually). I want to make sure that this customer knows the level of commitment that requires something like this and that they are happy with it. Fast cut for over 50
This cut is a feathered pixie with curtain bangs. The soft fabric and the fringe is my favorite part about it. This is the natural color of her.I see this look with a Master Stylist, and it gives me joy. At the same moment, it’s sophisticated and funky-sassy. This cut is set off by the platinum color and reveals the fade on the sides and back. Be aware not only of the cut but also of the color of the maintenance. The best way to maintain platinum hair like this is every 4-5 weeks. The cut will also need a fade every 4-5 weeks.
For Plus Size Oval Faces
A with Aveda Color Coach Master Stylist This is a classic pixie cut using modern techniques for barbering. My customer is very low in maintenance and requires her style to be quick and easy to look after. It has an androgynous quality with no sharp lines yet being fuzzy. Take into account the condition of your hair when choosing this style. How much time and energy do you want to spend? The hair style of this client is fine and medium-density straight with no definite component. Styling is relatively fast after it is completely dry with a light hold gel and pomade for form. Just tops from wet to styled for 5-10 minutes!

layered haircut I’d call this hairstyle a split bob. I made the client’s cut and color. Her client was a complete transformation, using all Goldwell colors, I foiled her entire head with highs and lows. The short layers are making the highs pop. Because she has straight hair, my favorite thing about this look is cut. I gave it a bit of texture and motion, and it’s just fun. I remember Kerri saying, I’m just feeling like myself again. She had such a fun spunky personality she wanted to suit her makeup. I’d give this cut to people who have straighter hair again and struggle to reach height. Based on the shape of the head, this look can be modified but is best for oval pear and heart-shaped eyes. It’s not the look for you if you like to wear your hair back and up.

This is my example of a textured A-line bob. My favorite thing about this look is how it can either be a clean, structured bob with a simple classic blow, transforming it easily into a more organic, allied finish. My guest’s hair was very thick, so a lot of texture and weight removal was a must. Using a combination of slide cutting and deep point slicing, I created this airy bob. She liked the messy look and this is the preferred outcome for most customers today in my experience. Using my hands to mold the waves in place as I blow-dried the hair with little to no brush action, I enhanced her natural wave to finish this bob. I finished this look with the Kevin Murphy product Touchable (a light-weight spray wax) after being 100 percent dry, which gave her this lived-in result. I think this is a desirable look for many customers who are looking for a short cut with low maintenance while feeling playful and airy. Lastly, I used Touchable for dry products, which is a lightweight spray wax that helps shape the hair for ultimate texture.

This look is sleek and open. I like the fact that she went from the size of her neck to the pixie. I feel like it looks good with small features with shorter hair. Just have the confidence to do that. Often shorter hair takes more work because you can’t put your hair in a ponytail, but I think that short hair can be funny and funky everywhere!

Stylist Sarah opted for long layers on this lob displaying both length and texture. Parted bangs form the head, further extending it.

This wavy chopped bob is a beauty that inspires us all to choose shorter hair! Working with it is a fast cut and basic blonde highlights are all you need to add dimension.
A trick for fine and thin hair to look beautiful and fuller is to keep it short with waves and highlights plus you can also style stylish side-swept bangs for a completely textured appearance!

Choppy Short Wavy Bob
Such a perfectly formed triangular cut would be beautifully perfect on symmetrical and heart-shaped faces as it could easily reveal imperfections on your face. The vibrant red hues make it an even more daunting and super glam hairstyle suitable for bold and brave personalities.
Choppy hair layers make your thin hair look full-bodied as one-length cuts could weigh your hair down and make it look too flat and dragging. Bangs especially help you get a much fuller body look when textured.
Lovely Long Choppy Bob

A with the owner of the Aveda Hair Colorist Salon This is a shaggy textured and piecey look. We styled her using a flat iron to create the natural-looking beach waves and by adding the rose gold color we added some spice to her natural color. This is a jawline bob with a thick texture layer and a smooth disconnect line. It’s meant for a lifestyle wake-up-and-go. We lightened the ends and hairline for a punk youth look and painted them purple. I love the customer’s worry-free view! This cut is perfect for the texture of the fine-medium hair and the thickness of the medium skin. Using aproduct is optional, as this is a haircut in the kitchen sink. It’s all about the hair cut and it works on any faceshape. Love! Enjoy! Cute Cut Bob
A with Cutting / Styling Expert This is perfect for the shape of an oval or red face. It would be good curly or smooth, suitable for medium to fine thickness. Fringe can be tailored to the face shape and every 3 weeks it would need to be removed. Fashion colors are more difficult to maintain, so I would emphasize the importance of maintaining them. I’d prefer the shampoo and conditioner Aveda’s color. Using Aveda’s Phomollient for keeping and Smooth Infusion type preparation for heat control and then flat seal with a Mason Pearson brush starting with the fringe for the straight look. Heat the ends with a flat iron to make them stick straight and finish with a spray from Air Control.
A with Freelance Stylist Make-up Artist in Brooklyn Ny This is a gentle shag with shadow root and cool blonde scanning and baby lights. The layers on the ends are fairly weightless and soft to allow maximum growth between cuts without it really looking awkward. We used her previous blonde to fill in the shadow root and matched her natural color to incorporate some babylights to bring the two together. To balance the contrast between light and dark, we kept the tone very cool. I love that we have been able to use her double process that has evolved out of the lob to build something that feels very different but still keeps washing and wearing simple. Nevertheless, I always and forever love bangs. We are just beautifully framing a picture. I am a firm believer that for any face shape you can do almost any cut job. It’s just about where you’re putting your weight and form across your head. Bangs are tough if you have a big cowlick, but they can shake up a look to compliment anyone. I often suggest it to customers who don’t want a big cut, but want something that really feels different.A with Hairdresser This look is a soft wave style that is lived in. The way it is cut is more of a modern day bob where it is dry cut for the choppy bob feel to really see the haircut being created and textured. I like the result and the style of the next day! You should run your hands through your hair and make sure you don’t mess it up. I’m promoting that. Using 1 and 1/4 inch curling iron to move waves back and forth and leave only one inch out. Then use spray texture and run through your fingers to create a smooth, lived-in feeling. The great thing about this style is that it mustn’t be perfect! It’s a sexy chic all-encompassing look that can make everyone look great! Fabulous Short Choppy Bob Haircut
I would describe this as a baby bob with bangs razored undercut. I love how the perspective accentuates her jawline and how her very old highlights have been blended / updated by the texture. Be open to the length complementing the shape of your face and the growth patterns of your hairline. For thicker hair types, an undercut is usually recommended. Product is key for styling to achieve your goal. Thinner and finer types of hair require grittier products such as sea salt spray or textured cream. In general, thick and coarser hair needs a wax-containing material to produce a peicey feel. This look can be dried or smoothed to perfection by air-dried hand. Have fun with it and don’t worry about showing your neck!
Traditional Choppy Bob

A with Color Expert This look is a one-length textured bob. This guest had a baby and her long hair was tired. Most women who have just had a baby have very little time to keep their hair and long hair can get in the way, making it easy for the baby to catch. It’s fun and easy to look at. It’s up-to-date and on trend of what’s right now in magazines and celebrities. It’s a nice way to make a difference without much involvement. She has finer hair and the depth together with the blunt form of the cut gives the illusion of thickness. The balayage is what I love about this theme. Because of its low maintenance, it is one of my favorite techniques. It can easily transition from summer to fall when looking and feeling fresh and looks great straight or curled. Choose a working distance for you. A bob can touch your shoulder or be as short as your nose. If you have a round face shape, your face may be elongated by a bob on the longer side. You can go with a shorter style if you have an oval shape.A with Owner Educator A modern take on a classic haircut that is up-to-date since the graduated bob was produced nearly 60 years ago. It is a timeless look that, whether worn straight or wavy, produces form movement and size. The highlight of this look is the disconnected ban running through the lower half of the haircut adding extra structure for softness without the need to texture and collapse the form theoretically. The subdued tones of a natural palette contribute to the look’s softness while the baby lights up the surface with a subtle dimension throughout the front accent. Many people who see this form do not think their hair is big enough or my hair is not going to do that. The haircut provides the form that you lack adds weight around the head through the bottom outline and size. For fine hair, all of these ingredients support. Thicker hair customers require the cutter to have a good understanding of the personalization technique to account for the fullness of nature. Every woman should wear it once in her life, but not the one your mother gave you in the kitchen, is what a beard is for men. Each woman deserves to put on a little black dress walk in one of their shopping district’s best salons and be part of the legacy of this famous masterpiece. Choppy Short Bob
Educator The fringe is this look’s greatest effort, otherwise it can be easy to keep! Whether you choose to air dry blow dry or iron, most of the fringe’s hair styling should complete the look! For easy maintenance, most salons sell inexpensive, if not free, bang trims between cuts!
Sweet Choppy Bob With Designer Highlights
A This is a textured bob. I added layers and different techniques of texture to establish body and hair movement. I used a 1-inch curling iron in alternating directions to give it the beachy wave look for extra texture. I love the versatility. You may wear this beachy and messy or smoothed out and polished due to the techniques I used for layering.I think a bob fits for any form of the head. I would suggest that you consult your hairstylist about the routine and various versions of a bob that would suit you best.
Choppy Long Bob
This is a long bob with a slightly angled inner texture. The dimensional pastel green gives this classic form a really fun twist. I love this cut because it allows a lot of natural hair movement. It looks wavy and flat as well! I recommend the Smooth Infusion Style Prep of Aveda for a smooth look. I love to prepare the hair with Wella’s Sugar Lift for gentle undone waves and finish it with Kevin Murphy’s Bedroom Hair.
Layered Choppy Bob
‘
This is a modern look on the rocker chick from Joan Jett. With lots of short to long layers throughout the cut, a heavy fringe falls nicely into face-framing layers. Choppy Collarbone Lob Cut
For those with thicker hair, this cut and color is appropriate. It drops loosely so it is ideal for wearing with a natural wave or for a change it can be blow dried smoothly. All materials used are products from Wella Pro.
Textured Bob for Thick Hair

I love how fine hair movement is influenced by the interior of this cut. The weight is raised by friction on this textured bob. I cut shallow Vs into ends to maintain the shape’s integrity, being careful not to over-texturize it. On most face shapes, I like to keep the weight higher to raise the sightline instead of dragging it down. I was aware of keeping the widest portion of the haircut away for balance from the widest portion of the face shape.
Bob
A with Salon Owner / StylistAs always, with a great consultation, the key to a great haircut or style begins. Make sure that you and your stylist are fully aware of what is expected and how realistic it is. Trust is important, and that’s where everything begins. Look beautiful, feel good!
Soft Ashy Brown Bob with Wispy Bangs
This is a textured bob with a fringe with a thin surface. She already had a fringe, but with this look I went a little thicker and I think the whole cut was so good with her face frames. If you already have some wavy texture in your hair, this look is great to bring it out, but otherwise it could be a bit of high maintenance. For starters, I wouldn’t recommend this look for someone with extra curly hair. The natural texture of my customer reduces the maintenance of this cut. I suggest adding a spray of texture to really define the textured layers and it may be necessary to dry the fringe.
A with Hairdresser I will characterize this look as a one-long bob with soft long layers produced using feathering carving and channel cutting techniques to add maximum body and make the cut simple to style. I like using Bed Head’s Small Talk cream on wet hair to give it shine and body in combination with Catwalk’s Salt Spray before blowing to give it extra volume boost. I like using the Hard To Get clay from Bed Head to mess up the look after blow-drying and flat ironing. Scrunch the hair to make it look smoother and sexier!
Effortless Dark Chocolate BrownShagged Bob
A with Master Stylist I love this look because it looks seamless and stunning in appearance. Teaching customers is one of my passions because I believe it’s one of the simplest quests for them to duplicate at home. For texture items like Aveda’s Texture Tonic before blow drying and Aveda’s Dry Shampoo after blow drying and thermal styling, this look is achievable. For someone with little get ready time who still wants to look together, this style is best. The versatility of this look is my favorite thing. With a curling iron, it can be worn polished and straight waved or alluded to a funky style. That particular cut has textured side bangs, but it will also work on those who want to hold their forehead longer. For this look, the ideal type of hair would be someone with thick / dense hair. You can also achieve this look on finer hair, but in the styling department, it will take more focus. This style can be maintained fairly easily on a daily basis but requires some effort to refresh the cut every eight weeks or so. I used a styling cream on damp hair to style this bob and then blow dried rough. I straightened my hair using my flat iron to make sure it didn’t curl under. To give it a piecey feel, I finished it off with a sea salt texture mist. I would start with a root-boosting mousse if I were to style on finer hair before blowing upside down. Many styles of face will pull this off but I wouldn’t recommend bangs to someone with a rounder shape of the head.
A with Junior Stylist Don’t be afraid to be imaginative! You can wear this look in different ways, so have fun with it. Put loads of dry shampoo or a textured product such as Bedroom. Hair from Kevin Murphy and mess it up for a disheveled look that accentuates the choppy cut. Or apply a smoothing product to create a sleek and classy look and blow dry with a round brush. If you really don’t have the time or energy to run any serum with your hands for either of those choices if you have some slightly frizzy hair or spray for finer hair in some salt spray then curl the ends with your fingers to look like I woke up like this.
Traditional Choppy Bob with Modern Edge
A with Owner / Stylist This customer’s hair was super thick so we cut her hair into a slightly separated choppy bob. It’s a very trendy feel. This way we shaved her hair in order to minimize the thickness without losing the straight edge. On all hair types, this look can be done. I love the texture in the hair because it reveals the strength of the colors. This style is definitely low for straight hair upkeep, although it can also be worn curly or in waves. It is a must for the product. Upon blowing, we used Eleven Miracle Hair Treatment. It is a lightweight multi-use treatment suitable for all types of hair. We also used the Bedroom. Hair of Kevin Murphy once the hair was dry to give the roots and ends a grunge look. In order to leave the root area with lift and body, only the ends were straightened with a Ghd iron. For reduced frizz, still blow dry down the hair shaft. Some face shapes can pull off this look. But just keep the cut a little longer if you have a square jaw. This is a modern classic bob!
Blonde Highlights Medium Length Choppy BobTo achieve this look, there are three things I would say are a must: a 1-inch curling iron wet texture spray and a dry wax finishing spray. I begin to build this style’s texture and choppiness when it’s towled dry by spraying L’Oreal Professionnel Perfect Texture from the roots to the ends throughout the head. I dry the hair loosely, meaning I don’t use a comb and over-direct every side of the hair when drying. It helps the end result to not be so normal. I then curl out two-inch sections beginning at the neck’s nape and work my way up the head leaving out about one inch of the hair’s end and switching directions with each curl. I curl everything away from the face around the hairline. When released from the curling iron, I run my fingers straight through each curl to create a very loose wave instead of a curl. Another trick is to curl all with a middle part and then twist everything to one side to create even more weight. I spray L’Oreal Professionnel Next Day Hair generously at the very end throughout the finished look. This is a must-have brand because A tone of color has a bit of grip as a hairspray holds waves apart and smells like a beach day!
Auburn Choppy Bob for Thick Hair

This look would be described as an effortless choppy bob. This particular cut has a bit of layering and graduation. My favorite thing about this haircut is that it is very versatile in fact. Whatever your natural texture may be, wear it curled straight wavy. In a little item, you can even jump out of bed and be ready to go! I definitely recommend some sort of wax texture or cream description. Rub some between your hands once styling is finished, then bring it through the ends and cut it all out to give it that purposely messy look.
Jet Black Choppy Bob
How do you explain this look and what’s your favorite? I’d characterize this look as straightforward and ideal for someone who’s got five minutes out of the morning door. I love it being put together but at the same time disheveled. The style is balanced and it’s very trendy as well. What products do you recommend for this look to be maintained and recreated? I used a heat / conditioner leave-in protector called Unite 7 Seconds when cold. I also added some Unite Boosta which is a spray with a volume that adds gripping texture and keep. It smells awesome! Form an L with your arm and from that distance spray both things, then blow them in. I ended up smiling with Unite’s Texturiza. I used a flat ironto to build undone waves in just 2/3 parts and alternate wave patterns (back / forward). I feel like anyone could wear this style for your look, you might just need to change it. It’s easy to maintain and it’s going to last all day!
Blunt Bob
Very ConcaveI think this look suits so many different hair textures facing shapes and colors but it would probably be best for relatively straight textured medium density skin. I love this look on people with a rounder or oval face shape as far as face form is concerned. I believe the front angle elongates the head and adds softer characteristics. This is really a super easy hairstyle to maintain, so someone who has time to do a rough blow dry and curl the top layers with a hair straightener (about 20 minutes) after washing their hair would be able to keep it look pretty good.
How would you describe this look and what’s your favorite thing about it? It’s such a fun and textured look. I love how flexible it can be, but it’s easy. With a little curl, it can be worn straight or you can let your hair do its own thing! No matter what the cut form gives it a straightforward look. This cut makes it easy for anyone to look at home in the salon-style! What products do you recommend for this look to be maintained and recreated? Spray Kevin Murphy’s Anti. Gravity on wet hair and dry it in the skin. This material combines heat safety and light keeping. Use a curling iron or flat iron after hair is dried to create waves in the skin. This is such a popular theme, and on anyone it looks fabulous! With fine or medium hair, this style is best. It doesn’t have to be shampooed every day with this cut hair and is effortless to style. For those who don’t have time to style their hair, it’s the ideal cut. It should be cut every six to eight weeks in order to maintain this shape.
Ash Blonde to Bright Blonde Ombre Lob

What’s your favorite thing about this look? I’d describe it as the midi bob chopped. This gives you the bob style’s flexibility with the ability to pull this back in a pony. My favorite thing about this bob is that if it’s worn straight or wavy, it’s effortless. What items would you suggest for this look to be preserved and recreated? For fine hair and any face shape, I suggest this model. I think this looks great because it’s so flexible on so many of my clients with different lifestyles.

Fun Flirty ShagOn any user, this haircut will look good. The length for consumers with certain apps may need to be changed to avoid showing items that the customer wants to minimize. This is a very simple hairstyle, but if you want a nice sleek look or a beachy look, customers will need to use an item.
Golden Layered Bob
This style is perfect for those on the go! A smooth fringe complements choppy layers in the rear. How best to undone this cut and blow drying is going to be a cinch! Complete with a textured spray wax. Paul Mitchell Spray Wax is perfect for elastic texture addition! Choppy Bob with Side Bangs
Swap your long hair for a sleek choppy bob like this with long side bangs. The black roots under the glossy blonde hair make it even more edgy and dimensional.
This cut is perfectly illustrated in bold red! It is better to have a single overall color when you have a heavy angle or form to your cut and plenty of texture. How to add to towel dry hair a nickel-sized amount of styling cream.Tip: For those with dry, pale skin, this red hue looks best. If your skin tone is tan or medium olive, go for something richer and a little lighter.
Thin Hair Sleek Bob
Multiple blonde tones show this long choppy cut. Pale cool blonde with medium beige blonde is perfect! How to blow dry hair from the bottom of the neck to just below the crown with the wrap technique which involves using fingers or a paddle brush to wrap hair around the head when blowing dry. Use a 3-inch round brush to dry the crown area to raise the parts high and concentrate air for density to the root area. Apply a small amount of matte textured powder for extra lightweight thickness and separation to the root region of your crown. For a finished look, smooth some hair over the portion you brushed back. Secure spray styling with some flexible hold. OsiS Dust Mattifying powder packs a volume punch without weighing down hair. Best Face Shapes: Tip: Turn down ends with your flat iron around your face to accentuate the shape of your face.
Dark Brown Bob with Purple Highlights
Lots of layers and tons of shine in this look! Dark brown shows the shape of this cut throughout the color. If you like size go with highlights and lowlights to add color movement. How to apply the root booster volumizing to your hair roots. Use a circular brush of 1-1/2 inches to blow dry hair. Start in your neck’s lower area and work your way up. Blow that section straight up and out of your forehead for the fringe area, then sweep it to one side.Hair Style All Patterns Formal
