The Wildest Mean Girls In Film and TV 15. Betty Rizzo

Stockard Channing in ‘ Grease ‘ Paramount Pictures Movie: Grease We don’t think Sandy (Olivia Newton-John) really meant Rizzo (Stockard Channing) when she arrived at Rydell High in Grease. We only think the chief of the Pink Lady tried to toughen the soft-spoken blonde up. Yes Rizzo may sometimes be frank and arrogant but we don’t think her motives are inherently nasty. 14. Sharpay Evans

Ashley Tisdale in ‘ High School Musical ‘ Disney Channel Only when you are a character in a Disney Chanel film franchise can you be so evil, but Ashley Tisdale has done her best as Sharpay Evans in Musical High School. Though she had moments where she wasn’t exactly sweet and she wanted to manipulate her classmates, Sharpay was more of a queen of drama than anything else and we get it honestly. Sharpay and her twin brother Ryan (Lucas Grabeel acted in musical at the school for years and then unexpectedly some unknown girl called Gabriella (Vanessa Hudges) turns up to steal the spotlight. Sharpay also had to tackle her crush Troy Bolton (Zac Efron) falling for Gabriella to add insult to injury. When we know the commandeering personality of Sharpay frankly we think she handled the situation the best way she knew how. Next: A bossy self-obsessed girl

13. Jackie Burkhart Mila Kunis in ‘That ’70s Show’ | Fox TV Show: That ’70s Show Jackie (Mila Kunis) may have been absurdly self-absorbed and bossy but she isn’t the worst mean girl to ever grace the small screen. Though 99 percent of the time Jackie was loyal to her mates, her attention was on herself and that counts for something. Although her bossiness might have pushed folks up the wall on That’s 70s Show below her self-absorption and her brutal honesty, we think Jackie had a gold heart. She just got people to work to see that side of her. Next: A wild overstretch 12. Paris Geller

Liza Weil in ‘ Gilmore Girls ‘ The WB TV Show: Gilmore Girls In Season 1 of Gilmore Girls, when we first met Paris Geller (Liza Weil), she was a crazy overachiever who harassed Rory (Alexis Bledel) because she was jealous.
