If his name sounds familiar, it’s because he’s John Ritter’s late son. We’re seeing him in his first major role in The McCarthys this fall. Ritter plays Ronny who wants nothing more than to move away from his large family living in Irish-Catholic Boston. While being much less athletic than the rest of his family, his father picks Ronny who is gay to be his assistant basketball coach in high school. It puts a kink in Ronny’s plan to move away and find a girlfriend but he can’t help feeling moved by the offer from his father. My character wants to make sure that he is accepted by his family but they don’t really know how to express their approval of me that Ritter told CBS Boston. On October 30 you can catch the premiere of this CBS comedy series. 8/8.1212

Cristela Alonzo

A series about a law student living with her typical Mexican-American family in Cristela. We don’t quite understand why she wants to be a lawyer especially because Cristela is about to start her sixth year of law school and is constantly juggling other responsibilities and employment to pay for her way through school. Alonzo said the network had passed on the script originally, but she decided to go ahead and film a pilot presentation of Variety stories instead. Her plan worked: ABC had ended up giving the go-ahead to the show. No other Latina has ever done this before, “and I was still very unknown to Alonzo. Due to Hollywood Reporter, Rodriguez may look very familiar.You will remember Enoch in the Harry Potter films out of his role as Dean Thomas. This fall he gets his big debut in How to Get Away With Murder on the small screen. He plays Wes among the many students of law who are battling for professor Annalise Keating (Viola Davis)’s attention. In this suspenseful legal thriller, Wes and a few other students will adapt what he’s learned in the classroom to real-life situations. ABC Wes is a charming boy-next-door sort, who comes as an outsider to Middleton Law School. When Keating takes him under her wing, his boyish innocence soon begins to fade. He starts to know the hidden facts about the criminal justice system and learns some of the deepest and most intimate secrets Keating has to share.
