Whats that show?

What’s that show?

Ever die true love? Pic.twitter.com / r8T9D5MNJI — Santa Clarita Diet (@SCDiet) 11 March 2019 Joel, her loving friend, supports her all through her transformation by finding suitable victims for the feasts of Sheila. The couple and their young daughter Abby Hammond together continue to tackle life in the suburbs while struggling with the consequences of Sheila’s illness at the same time. The gender roles are subverted and the ideal balance of satire and horror is found. Following the first season’s success it was renewed for a second which premiered in March 2018 and finally the brand-new third season. What diet Drew Barrymore follows? Get a companion who knows what your favorite meal is. Pic.twitter.com / Ft3GikL0K0 — Santa Clarita Diet (@SCDiet) March 14, 2019 When the cast chatted withrelatable approach to healthy food and nutrition actually follows a diet that is quite the opposite of what Sheila loves in character. Her co-star Timothy Olyphant is following the example of Barrymore-with a few caveats. He allows the odd veggie burger to eat, but he tends to enjoy his bacon. The show’s stars might also enjoy staying away from meat because the show is often pretty gory – the gruesome scenes will definitely turn even the heart-warmingest stomachs. Which viewers might expect from the third season Whoever they are … they are back. Pic.twitter.com / xD25bwmxoR — Santa Clarita Diet (@SCDiet) March 29, 2019 Although it’s only hit Netflix for the third season, it’s already earned some rave review. Critics applaud the on-point satire that involves subtle sight gags and amusing wordplay, and how the series finds the right grotesque humor comment.Gregory J. Bylsma – EVP and CFO: Yeah. Clearly. Smith. Josh. We saw pleasant increases on the tax side which worked especially well. On the manufacturing side, we saw nice increases and we also had some nice fuel and gas business. Brian C. Walker – President and CEO: Financial services were, in fact, very strong too. Josh Borstein – Longbow Research: Okay, thank you very much, and then could you give us a bit more insight into what you’re doing right now in healthcare and what you’re hoping to do in that area for the next few months? Brian C. Walker – President and CEO: Healthcare remains weaker than we would have expected at this point, I’m going to say we saw it start to turn like the rest of the business in the fourth quarter it came back a bit and didn’t come back all the way back. The forecast for construction which is out there right now is quite solid. And as we get into the 2013 calendar, we think we’re starting to see the volume levels rebound now. Keep in mind that not only do we have government in the entire business in our healthcare business, but government and particularly on the government side is really heavy for us as a company. Recently we have had a lot of business from some of the BRAC realignment over the last few years so that business has gotten very because some of the BRAC work is done but we think the more non-governmental health systems have a fair amount of construction to do. Right now there has been a bit of shift of capital goods spending away from facilities and appliances and those kinds of things toward IT and more medical delivery kind of stuff where they think that can push cost savings much faster to get ready for some of the potential changes in health law. But as we get to this year’s balance we think we’re starting to see a spike in the building side. Josh Borstein – Longbow Research: Thank you very much for that and then, eventually, can you talk a little bit about the raw material cost inflation projections for the quarter whether you remain commodity higher or lower both sequentially and year-over-year? Josh Borstein-Longbow Research: Here in the present 1Q? Gregory J. Bylsma – EVP and CFO: There is a downward trend on our big input steel right now. You have to be a little cautious about how that affects the results because we saw the strain rising compared to Q3 at the beginning of the quarter so we saw this up. We’re paying a higher price for about a 3-month period of time so we’d think that by the time we get to the end of the first quarter we’d start seeing commodities start to fall somewhat on the basis of current prices. Growth Rates Budd Bugatch – Raymond James: Brian you’ve given us a little bit of your crystal ball I mean going to the long term at $2.2 billion by 2015 fiscal year 2015 can you perhaps dissect that a little bit for us by segment maybe by acquisition versus internal growth to get to that 8 percent compound annual increase? Brian C. Walker – President and Chief Executive Officer: Well, I don’t know if I can give it to you by section sitting here right now, but we have it completely but I don’t have it before me. I’d tell you that the only investment we’ve put into is what we’ve done with POSH and what we’ve done in the past. That’s a lot more I would say after you get through next year, organic growth. Next year, of course, we got a fair amount relevant to POSH in there because this year you only had them for a quarter of a quarter so there are some next year. After that, we didn’t really intend directly in that number in acquisitions because it’s just so difficult to predict. But we think that acquisitions are what kind of drive us over the top. Brian C. Walker – President and CEO: We certainly think those will be the fastest growing part of the business in emerging markets in Asia Latin America. Budd Bugatch-James Raymond: (It’s not right). Brian C. Walker – President and CEO: But in front of me, I don’t have those yet. We’re ready to give it to give you, but I don’t have it right before me. Disappointment. Budd Bugatch – Raymond James: In this section, the market and the specialty have not expanded very much with some of the latest “initiatives you’ve been taking. How do you see long-term growth in that? Brian C. Walker – Chairman and CEO: We think that can be a good growth indeed. Greg pointed at this in his remarks in this fourth quarter about the thing you have to recall. In reality, both the retail and the contract portion of the collection’s consumer side actually grew quite well in the past quarter. It was really offset by a lighter time in the case of particularly Geiger goods that was really a big project that just did t repeat year after year. So the basis of the stuff we’ve invested in this year has expanded quite well and we think it’s going to be a real chance for us to expand both in terms of goods but expand in terms of channel scope. I think the other place that this will be a key to North American core businesses ‘ growth. You heard me talk about some of the changes that we are making to hit small to mid-sized companies in my remarks. Next year we think we can expand the company those segments my guess is we’re not going to see a big change in terms of revenue line until we actually get out to fiscal 2014 when we get some of those skills to come in. So next year we’re going to start. We have to load some of the investment up front end and getting ready for 2014. Gregory J. Bylsma – EVP and CFO: Now we don’t. But we’d expect to see our gross margin shift outside of POSH as it usually shifts with volume increases. That being said there is a lot of new items that we have in the queue. And obviously new products will leverage the way existing products leverage. So as always we fire new products at or above our existing margins for gross margins. And obviously new product margins won t exploit the same way as existing products. But you can count on the gross margin that s improving from the current levels to get to that 10%. Brian C. Walker – President and CEO: But the result is that you’re going to get a lot of growth that’s probably not going to come from ramping up gross margin rates but from optimizing operating expenses. Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton celebrate Kingston’s birthday

To celebrate Kingston’s 13th birthday, Shelton and Stefani took the children to Knott’s Barry Farm. Gwen wore a khaki colored rain jacket for the outing while Shelton dressed in his normal baseball hat and blue jeans, according to Daily Mail. The couple went with their kids on several trips, and they didn’t seem to have anything in the world. In reality, as they made their way through the park, Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani shared a few special moments together and were even caught holding hands. — MSN (@MSN) 20 May 2019 Stefani shares her ex-husband Rossdale with all three of her children. The two spent 13 years together before calling it quits in 2015. Shelton was also previously married but has no children of his own. The most recent marriage to the country star was to Miranda Lambert who ended four years ago. While Shelton may not have children of his own, over the past few years he has proved himself to be a great step-dad. Stefani leans on Shelton While inside sources Stefani’s relationship with Blake Shelton goes well, he says she is struggling to co-parent with Rossdale. Sources say Stefani and Rossdale don’t agree on how to raise their kids and she’s turned to Shelton for support. The insider also says that Stefani and Rossdale have almost stopped talking to each other entirely and only speak to each other when necessary. This has made co-parenting particularly difficult considering how Rossdale spends a good chunk of his time overseas. Stefani is apparently upset with the actions of Rossdale, but it’s good to know that Shelton is doing all he can to help her out. He is doing so much that Stefani doesn’t know how without him she’d be alive. Its first day, more precisely. Luckily Markle has admitted to Prince Harry what she was wearing on her first date. Keep on reading to learn what the Duchess was wearing on that famous blind date.

How did he meet Prince Harry and Meghan Markle?

8/8.892 8/8.892 Figure 1 Meghan Markle and Prince Harry Samir Hussein / Samir Hussein / WireImage In their first sit-down interview in November 2017, Markle and Harry confirmed that they should protect their privacy and not show too much of it to their friend who set them up.

Their first date We met once and then twice back to two dates early July 2016 in London, Harry said in the interview. Markle certainly said it was a set-up. The royal couple knew each other about drinks in Toronto, where Markle shot Suits. As I stepped into that room I was perfectly delighted to see her and there she was sitting. I was like Oh well, I’m just going to have to add Harry up to my game here. So he did his game up. Within a month Harry convinced Markle to join him for five days in Botswana where they camped out under the stars and got to know each other. We went to great lengths to see each when we decided to commit to making a long distance relationship work. In the interview, Markle noted that she and Harry did not go without seeing each other for more than two weeks.

After her wedding Markle shared what she was wearing with the now Duke of Sussex on her very first date. She sees her wedding dress for the first time since wearing it in May 2018 during an HBO documentary about the royal family entitled Queen of the World Markle. 8/8.893 8/8.893 Figure 2 Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Owen Humphries – WPA Pool / Getty Images She admires the design and work that went into the production of Givenchy custom-made gown and 16-foot handmade veil. She then hits viewers of the documentary with what she wears on her first date. Markle then reveals the fabric’s significance to the interviewer. It was something blue about her on her wedding day. And it’s not just some blue tissue. It’s the dress fabric I wore on our first date relating to her and the first date of Prince Harry. “It’s the most adorable thing I’ve ever heard of,” the interviewer tells Markle to make her giggle. There you have it. On her first date Markle was wearing a blue dress with Harry. She’s known as a blue dress fan. She was wearing one for the documentary during the interview and in the last few years she has worn a number of blue dresses. 8/8/8/8/894Recently, 22 August 2013 reported earnings for the second quarter and addressed the following topics in its earnings conference call. Robert F. Hull Jr. – CFO: So I thought about some of the strengthening execution when we think about Q2. We have therefore introduced some procedures specifically for sales and operations planning which enable us to work more collaboratively and coordinatedly on behalf of the customer. So that’s helped in the results this year. But if you think back to last year’s Q2 we had a lot of moving parts as it relates to the nature of the voluntary separation system the fee adjustment for some of the shop floor sales staff. We had some difficulties of resetting the execution of resets relevant to value enhancement. We had previous year’s erratic promotional behavior in Q2. So some of Q2’s gain was unique to recovery last year from some instability in Q2. Even, if you think of the external factors I have mentioned, the recovery of lost sales from Q1 lumber inflation and Hurricane Sandy 200 or so base points will essentially not continue into the second half of the year. Then I would talk about interest rates last Dave. We see positive momentum in housing, but interest rates are the wildcard and the effect on affordability of housing. So we’re watching the potential impact kind of way. David Strasser – Janney Capital Markets: I think one follow-up question here along those lines. Best Buy and Home Depot yesterday talked about really good appliances. There you are talking about really strong appliances. Is there something happening in the industry that drives a kind of such dramatic demand in that space? Everyone had incremental labels, and so forth. Yet it just seems that the term has recently expanded fairly dramatically. Only trying to understand a little more of what might have motivated that? Robert A. Niblock-President and CEO Chairman: Yeah. Dave I’m going to get started then I’m going to have Greg hop in. Here’s Richard. Yeah, I think part of it’s underlying economic dynamics we’ve spoken about that we’ve attributed some of the quarter’s rise to that as home prices started moving up I think homeowners are slowly feeling better about willingness to spend, particularly as you get to long lasting tickets. And I think some of the appliances “some of those items are probably some of the purchases that customers otherwise deferred during the downturn because they could get better clarity as to where their home’s value went. And I think that part of that comes into “you see part of that coming into play. It’s no different from what you’re seeing in the automotive industry and other areas where you’re seeing buyers are willing to move towards some of those long-lasting big tickets as they slowly feel better about things. Yet appliances unique, and what do we see Greg if you want to add something to it? Gregory M. Bridgeford-Customer Chief: Sure. Dave I agree with Robert that from a household trend point of view, I think we see the effect of what has been some delayed spending now falling into our favor and working for us. And what drived the rise in our share in Q2 was creativity. LG’s launch continues to give the category plenty of traction. Even new innovative products from Samsung’s innovative Bosch products some new GE and Whirlpool rollouts that push our sales of appliances and I think we’ve gotten into the cadence. Earlier Bob discussed this. I think we got into the cadence of good traffic-driving promotions and ticket-building promotions too so that’s been a big hit in terms of both driving sales and driving profits at the same time. ! Budd Bugatch – Raymond James: I guess my first question comes on the Pro business ‘ penetration. I assume that’s usually about 20 percent for you. Will you give us some flavor and comment on what you see in the Pro, and probably how that penetration moves? Rick D. Damron – COO: That’s Rick, hey Budd. We continue to see strong quarterly growth in the Pro. Our Pro Business surpassed our total sales by our total comp. When, you look at it, we say at this point in time about 25 per cent of our total volume. When you think back to several of our programs we launched last year in the middle of the year, we’re winning tractions with them. When you look at the MRO’s emphasis, the maintenance and repair customers come into the stores as well as the reorganization we went through and talked about our Account Executives ProServices in the sector, focusing on building strong relationships with our core customers and really bringing them together as a cross-functional team throughout the company. During our opening remarks I spoke a little bit about it, the job lot inventory means that we have the right product scope to be able to effectively deliver these to the Pro customer has really benefited. You look at North as in our product differentiation aspects and the freeing up of end cap space has allowed us to bring to the Pro consumer our contract pack value offerings which is a way to give them discounts on multi-unit buying. And then that group has really gained from the daily val prop on our patented credit too. So we’ve been extremely pleased with the systems the teams have made the progress we’ve made and the momentum we’ve gained as the Pro starts to bounce back on the marketplace … CLICK HERE for your Weekly Stock Cheat Sheets now! Robert F. Hull Jr. – Chief Financial Officer: the Budd is Bob. The $200 million is not just about ACs, but many factors. So it’s similar to as mentioned by Rick when we think we’re going through the lines that we’re adding to the products that are the eight things that are the highest speed items. So there are higher levels of stock. We also have a seasonal “so that’s the rest of it. We do have some air conditioner and ceiling fans carryover. When we think of the seasonal commodity, we determine the quality of the product if it makes sense to mark it down at that point in the time of transportation. ACs is a category in which there is no year-over-year improvement. S
o as we think of carrying air conditioners there is really no effect on the 2014 line there is no risk to the line there is no risk that the product will be affected as we carry it through the season. Before that she in her role as Rachel Green in the hit show Friends became a household name. Here’s why the acting Aniston said gives her likely recovery.

Why Jennifer Aniston joined Apple TV’s The Morning Show

8/8.900 8/8.900 Joining Apple TV’s The Morning Show was about being in the right place at the right time. Aniston told Marie Claire Australia that the opportunity came during a Christmas party she hosted to be on The Morning Show. This came about originally because our creator Michael Ellenberg was at my Christmas party and I was a huge fan of The Leftovers “which he also made,” so I said you know I’m not opposed to television. He said you’re serious? And I said I’m sure and Aniston assured Marie Claire that it all fell into place. Reese Witherspoon plays the role of Bradley Jackson, the news reporter, on the Apple TV show (Aniston plays Alex Levy). For Aniston and Witherspoon this is a reunion of sorts. Back in 2000, they played sisters on the hit show Friends of Aniston.

It s the first time I ve really understood that acting is a healing craft because when you go to tell the truth you have to go to your own past pains; that s where you tap into the honesty of the emotion. In a previous interview the actress told writer Kimberly Cutter she sometimes struggles with issues from her childhood. After her mother’s death Aniston said she forgave her for past wrongs but still had to work through some pain from the past: I was lucky that my mom and I came to a beautiful place of forgiveness with each other before she passed but of course there’s still pain there. We’re always going to be a work in progress with all the triggers we have that stem from childhood input that they dump into our little brains. I’m still battling with things my father said when I was eight nine years old. Make payments. In “forgetting” or losing the equilibrium, you will not do yourself any favors. It won’t magically go anywhere. Your debts go nowhere — just make the payments. You know when your payments need to be made.

Don’t: ignore your balances, don’t ignore your balances as described. You may have loans from several lenders. Keep track of the amount you owe it, and who you owe it. Facing debts totalling in the six-figures can be difficult but it’s reality for millions of people. Keep your head above the water in the game.

Do: Understand the terms

8/8.905 It may mean doing some research to get a handle on your student loans. You will run into obscure words and financial jargon of all sorts. Don’t let that scare you — learn what it all means and empower yourself with the skills you need. Not sure which is the difference between default and deferment? Clueless about how anyhow value works? Sit down, and teach.

Don’t: Keep your head in the sand

Do: know your balance and due date

Don’t: expect loan forgiveness

You’ll hear a lot about “loan forgiveness” — but you shouldn’t expect that to happen in any way. You are on the hook and you need to get to grips with that. If you feel scammed by a for-profit diploma company, and actively pursue legal action, keep making payments.

The choices are Loan restructuring and refinancing. But you don’t want to automatically run at them just because you can. You might want to go for it in some cases. But there are inferiors. For instance, you can lose benefits or get hit with fees.

Do: Pay more than you need

Not everyone is able to make additional payments or allocate more of their paycheck to the balance of their loan. But if you had the means, then? Sure it’s not a bad idea.

Don’t: Fake your own death

Face your debt to the music and develop a strategy to take it on. It’s not fun, but sadly you made a decision (even if it was wrongly advised) to take it on. Facebook@SliceOfGinger
