Wayan Brothers:

Kim Wayans is one of Pariah’s most extreme Wayans. She also joined the In Living Colour My Wife and Kids band as well as Dance Flick. In Scary Movie and in White Chicks Shawn Wayans had great works. In Requiem For A Dream, Marlon Wayans the youngest of Wayanses first generations tried his hands on some serious stuff. Marlon’s appearances in White Chicks and Dance Flick are also well known. More recently, he was named after him (Marlon) in a comedy series in Naked and Mr Black’s appearance in spoof romance 50 Shades of Black.

Private Life:

His chosen path to become a comedian became evident to him very early in life. His college friends already knew him as an entertainer. So it was certainly not too shocking at least when he chose to drop out of college with only one semester to complete his majors to fulfill his dream of being a full-time stand-up comedian. That proved the correct long-term decision. He met Robert Townsend who had been his early mentor when he went to work in New York City’s renowned comedy club The Improv. It wasn’t really working out in New York so in 1980, he decided to move to Los Angeles. His first recurring appearance came in a series called For Love and Honor, where he played a soldier’s role with a dream to be a boxer. The young Keenen met fellow comedian Eddie Murphy in the mid 80’s and later worked with him to compose Eddie Murphy Raw. I’m Gon na Git You Sucka was released in 1988 and the screenplay starred him. In 1990 he was given the chance by FOX Network to have his own comedy show In Living Colour. It was a massive success and the series helped him start his siblings Damon Shawn Marlon and Kim’s careers. He left the show in 1994, to focus on film. In 2006 he collaborated with his brothers on a remake of Clifford in Little Man with the concept of the adult in the body of a child. Now remember when I said it proved to be the right choice for Keenen to leave college one semester to completion? He has a net worth estimated to be around $65 million.
