Over 50
How do you describe this look? This is a lots of movement cute stacked bob. Good for some who want shorter hair convenience without a pixie cut. So I made a heavy highlight and toned the blonde to match her natural gray hair better. Any suggestions that someone feels about it? What is nice about wedge hairstyles is that they can be maintained fairly easily. Before drying her hair, I used Aveda’s Pure Abundance Style Prep and Phomolient to create some volume and finished the hairspray with Aveda Air Control. On many different s, this cut looks great (straight or wavy or even with soft curls). She leads a pretty active lifestyle and has also been wearing a longer version. But we’re still going back to this shorter version.
QA with Antonia Ventimiglia Hairstylist style creator @ Bianchi’s Royal Oak Salon Mi How would you describe this look? It’s a curly wedge this look. I use thicker highlights than I would on straight hair because curls tend to mix colors together naturally. Through attracting your attention to the individual tendrils, the bold color and angled haircut intensify the motion. Going shorter in the back and longer in the front creates significant volume and movement across the back and keeps the length around her face safe. For a more flattering silhouette, it also draws up its profile. This short wedge haircut is for someone who wants to add a stylish haircut to their natural wave while keeping their diet nice and easy. This look is perfect for any curly or wavy hair because it can get too voluminous if the hair is extremely thick. For all face shapes, I would suggest this haircut. Keep the front length longer than the jawline with a round face to draw the eye up and down and the jawline would be a perfect length for longer face shapes. Using a lightweight curl product (I love sweetheart curls by L’Oréal) and diffusing it with a blow dryer is the best way to style this look. To repair individual curls that wrap a few bits around a rod iron of 3/4 inches. This look will take longer than 20 minutes at the total, so it’s perfect for anyone on the go. Maintenance is usually every six weeks or so.
Blunt Bangs Cute
QA with Esteban Nault Hairstylist / Colorist style designer @ Odyssey AddiKt in Montreal Qc How would you describe this look? I combined the cut of the bowl and the bob and applied some pressure by textured her head back. My color inspiration was possible from the Redken bleach to the Shades Eq gloss 09v/09t/09p/09b / clear in equal parts. I used a fusio dose protein treatment by Kerastase (concentrate vita cement / booster shine) after the gloss and then dried with Uemura Shu straightforward blow dry oil spray and styled for texture volume and shape with Shu Uemura Uzu Cotton. Any suggestions that someone feels about it?How are you going to describe this look? This is a packed bob haircut that has been razored. His versatility is the best thing about this look. You may wear it sleekly or disheveled and it still looks as if you’re putting in the effort. For the opposite, it’s a very easy look. Any advice that someone thinks about it? For those with a longer face or a narrower face, this style is best suited as it brings the eyes to focus on your beautiful facial features. Either you leave it natural with a leave-in cream (I love Matrix Boho AirDry Cream) or you can put some salt spray in and blow it dry with your fingers or you can dry it quickly with a round brush and some dry blow cream (I used Matrix Skinny BlowDry Cream). But be prepared to want it short forever once you make the chop! It’s so easy and so smart.
QA with Tiffany Caragiulo Master Hairstylist style maker @ Leslie’s Weston Fl Salon How would you describe this look? A classic style with a modern spin, this wedge haircut or short stacked bob. There is a happy balance between lines of precision and texture. The right texture makes it more modern and the precise stacking in the back makes it the time-honored classic stacked bob that never goes out of style. What I love most about this cut is how it retains its shape while moving and bouncing naturally at the same time. I also love the frame of the soft wispy lines framing the face. I would recommend to anyone who likes a classic look with a little extra edge wedge haircuts like this. This cut is easy to style and keep on a daily basis, but every 4-6 weeks it needs to be cut a redesigned. The person wearing this cut should therefore be prepared to make regular appointments for haircutting. This look is great as shown in the photograph with highlights or natural gray hair. How would you describe this look?
Chic Disconnected Cut
It’s nearly a cross between a pixie and a bob textured. In a similar way, I approach most pixie haircuts cutting the sides and back before deciding where to go with the top section. I took a section of the horseshoe in this particular haircut and cut the back and sides fairly short and left the remaining hair cutting it into a bob shape longer. It’s a bit edgy but it’s still soft. Probably this is my favorite haircut. It allows for more creative freedoms, even if you are more conservative in the final look. The advice that someone thinks about it? This look may be quite universal. Without the huge disconnection that this haircut also has, you will achieve similar short wedge haircuts. Generally speaking, I would suggest this style could be a wash and go but would usually look better if not a full blow dry with at least minimal styling. That all depends on the texture of the client’s hair. It does not make the hair shiny and it can also act as an oil repellent because in a paste form it is partly a dry shampoo. If you needed to open the haircut a bit more, I’m in love with Oligo’s texture spray.

QA with Maybellene Coyco Hairstylist style creator @ La De Da Salon in Lakewood Ca How would you describe this look? A pixie cut with lots of layer and texture, this hairstyle. How versatile it is is is the best thing about this hairstyle. It can be easily transformed from fun and edgy (as in the picture) to a more sleek and sophisticated look by simply combining it back behind the ears. This needs to be maintained. To keep it looking great, I would recommend a trim at least every 6-8 weeks. This hairstyle is compatible with almost any shape of the face and works well with someone who has a density of medium to coarse hair. It may also need more coloring and material depending on the condition of the hair. Someone with straight to wavy hair can consider this easy-to-style haircut just having to blow it dry with your fingers apply some texture spray or paste it on the ends and out the door! It may take more time to style the hair with a curlier texture. Until adding any form of textured styling products, curlier hair would need to be smoothed out with a blow dryer and round brush or flat ironed.
