With a script based on the novel by Edison Marshall, “Son of Fury” is a 1942 film directed by John Cromwell. Tyrone Power, Gene Tierney and George Sanders, among others, worked under him.
The feature film tells the story of Benjamin Blake, the illegitimate son of a man belonging to the nobility. His intention is to have his rights as heir recognized, but for this he will have to face, in a real legal battle with his uncle, Sir Arthur Blake, who is not willing to do so.
While this battle is being fought, Benjamin will fall in love with Isabel, his cousin.
