Luckily you don’t have to spend hours in gym to get a good workout. According to a studyheart health and mental acuity, just 10 minutes of burst-training will offer the same benefits as spending hours in the gym. So here are the best activities to do when everything that you can fit into your life is 10 minutes.
1. The important fitness exercise Man on a stationary bike Source: iStock There’s really no need to go for that 30- to 45-minute run when you can get similar health benefits from a 10-minute ride. Martin Gibala, Ph.D. Chair of the Department of Kinesiology at McMaster University Ontario to Men’s Health, says there’s a strength period tradeoff. This Men’s Health workout courtesy is a scientifically proven workout from McMaster University research conducted by Gibala, which was checked on subjects doing the workout for six weeks three days a week. Study results showed participants chronic disease risk and death was decreased by up to 15 per cent, says Gibala. He states that your daily workout session is a great substitute for that. You need either a chair or stationary bike for this 10-minute exercise workout, or you can reach the treadmill or the pavement.
Workout: Warm up for 2 minutes by riding or jogging at a comfortable pace either on the bike or with your own two legs. Follow in for 20 seconds with an all-out run. Start with 2 soothing minutes. This is the first set. Do 3 sets, in total. Cool down with a slow 3-minute Jog after your third sprint.

Have this exercise completed four to six days a week.

Push-up an old fashion push-up. Just get into position and lower your body down until your chest is within an inch above level, then spread out your arms and return to starting position. Replicate.
This one is quite easy. Start with just jumping to your right and landing on your right foot. Then bounce off your right foot and jump back to your left to start the next move.
