DeepDotWeb Darknet Marketplace Was Seized by Fbi ByBill Toulas-May 8, 2019 1027 Europol and Fbi took over the famous darknet news website for money laundering purposes. Apparently DeepDotWeb was getting money for posting links to the darknet marketplace. The two Israelis arrested yesterday are linked to DeepDotWeb blog. The crackdown on the darknet market continues with website DeepDotWebseize. Two Israelis were detained in Tel Aviv yesterday on suspicion of engaging in the darknet marketplaces. As it has now been revealed, those two ran the DeepDotWeb and made money out of posting links to black market websites in Bitcoin. That said, the DeepDotWeb may not have been directly selling illegal goods but engaged in the form of an affiliate marketing company with the darknet markets it supported and encouraged. In addition to the two Israelis, there were additional arrests possibly related to the DeepDotWeb in France Germany and the Netherlands too. Neither the Fbi nor the Israeli police are now open to sharing any more details about the case and there’s no one from the DeepDotWeb to publicly say anything about the situation. The darknet news portal’s Twitter has remained silent since Monday and the Fbi also confiscated their “.onion” domain citing money laundering laws. As we concluded yesterday we are going to have to wait and see how the changes in this area are rapid and more frequent information surfaces. This is one of the biggest darknet crackdown operations ever to have occurred last week with DeepDotWeb Dream Market Wall Street Market and Valhalla all seeing the road end.
