The Streamiz platform has 250,000 unique visitors per day earlier in 2011 and takes pride in France’s second most popular pirate streaming site. As per their note, they do not belong to the movies listed on their site and do not host their own content. There is a greater likelihood of offering their customers about 40000 films and making decent revenue from them. Which attracts the entertainment industry’s attention towards them. The company named National Federation of Film Distributors (FNDF) then raised the complaint against the Streamiz pirate site in 2009. This made the Officials in October 2011 imprison the suspect. His bag holds 30,000 in cash wrapped in socks, says AFP, while he was held. Following his action, he was ordered to put Fox Warner Bros and SACEM, the Society of Authors Composers and Music Publishers, in jail for 2 years and asked to pay him a fine of 83.6 million euros for the copyright infringement offenses.
