Paul started out as a basketball player, and was James big brother. Rich didn’t want LeBron to leave with The Decision. Paul is from northeast Ohio, and initially met James at an airport. In 2009 Rich worked for Leon Rose and the Creative Artists Agency but left in 2012 to create the Klutch Sports Group. Paul was said to have been lobbying for years for James to return to Cleveland.
