Michael Bay GivesJohn DiFucci JPMorgan: You’ve got a lot of Big Data international payroll recruiting ventures going on right now, but with the converts you’ve only hit over 500 million. I guess what area we should be talking about are areas that you’d find technology acquisition. I say you’ve done only one I think Cape Clear has done in your past. Which other areas would you think acquiring in-house versus developing? Aneel Bhusri Co-Founder Chairman and Co-CEO: Acquisitions are not an enormous part of our strategy I think the Cape Clear acquisition is an indication of the kinds of acquisitions we are actually making around core technologies that were stuff we were not developing on Workday and there is a couple around visualization as an example or a technology and analytics that might be of interest. On the radar, however, there is nothing immediate. CLICK HERE NOW for your Cheat Sheets Weekly Collection! Mark Peek CFO: John’s color is for overall billings and part of that is because we’ve pushed more towards only obtaining one year of ACV for new contracts. Things are starting to flatten over time, so just as we looked at the seasonality versus last year, we think it will be about flat to the second quarter.
Add-On Goods
Heather Bellini Goldman Sachs: I just had two question guys the first you listed the five-year deals you signed did some of those come more than a year up front because it seems like the outperformance on the deferred versus the street with more in the long-term versus the short-term? And then the second question is, can you give us an Aneel update on the quarter’s top two add-on items and who do you think you can re-displace with those wins? Thank you. Thank you. I know we had a quarter both as an attach as part of the main HR as well as add-ons in terms of payroll. We’re going to get into a lot more information on the new product projects at the Growing Analyst Day, and where you could see attachments going forward. And the new product projects are on track and where they are now we are very happy with. It’s the same men, fighting. We are mainly replacing Oracle SAP on the HR side with some handful of wins against Ultimate which are also replacements. I guess the only new one I’d highlight is that as we get traction in finance and as we know the company is going upmarket in the midmarket environment we’re beginning to replace Microsoft Dynamics and all the different flavours.
