Maggie He grew up in the town of Worthington, where he attended Worthington Christian Schools to continue at Thomas Worthington High School, where he began acting in both school plays and community theater.
After his parents got divorced, Grace he moved with his mother to the city of Los Angeles, counting at the time, 16 years old.
Despite going through some financial needs with his mother, Grace she got an agent after a week of living in Los Angeles and also signed up for acting classes.
He made his professional debut on the tape “Rachel’s Room“In 2001 and, after some minor shorts and feature films, he got the leading role, along with Tom Welling, in the remake of John Carpenter’s 1980 film,”Terror in the mist“(2005).

Maggie is undoubtedly known internationally for her interpretation of Shannon Rutherford in the multi-award winning cult series “Lost“In which she worked through 35 episodes in the first and second seasons. Previously she had had recurring appearances and as guests in the series”Septuplets“,”CSI Miami“,”The Lyon’s Den“,”Miracles“,”Like Family“,”Open Case (Cold Case)“,”Oliver Beene” Y “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit“.
Coming soon Maggie can be seen in the feature film that closes the saga Twilight, “Dawn (The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2)“(2012), in which he will replay the character of Irina; He will also star alongside Helen Hunt and David Duchovny, in the dramatic comedy “Relative Insanity“, whose premiere is scheduled for 2013.
