José Coronado was born on August 14, 1957 in Madrid, in a family with a high economic level.
He enrolled in Law, studies that he abandoned to enroll in Medicine. It did not convince him either, and after two years he also left this career.
His vocation as an actor came from being offered to make a whiskey commercial, after which he decided to become an actor. While participating in small roles both in Spain and Europe, she opened a modeling agency, a restaurant, and a travel agency.
Anyway, willing to move forward with his goal of being an actor, he decided that he should teach acting classes, doing it with Cristina Rota. Shortly after, in 1987, he participated in the play “The public”, Which can be considered his professional debut.

From his personal life it can only be said that he had a son with Paola Dominguín, Nicolás, who is also an actor. He has another daughter born from his relationship with Mónica Molina.
