Jared Dudley – Biography of Jared Dudley

Jared dudley was born in 1985, in the city of San Diego, located within the state of California, United States.

Jared dudley is a well-known basketball player, famous for his current participation with the Charlotte bobcats of the NBA.

Inside the playing field his position is that of Small Forward and he usually wears shirt number 3. His maximum height is 2.01 meters and he weighs approximately 99 kilograms.

His family is made up of his parents Melinda Y Anthony Dudley and an older brother named Milan.

He is widely recognized for his ability to defend and rebound against taller players as well as being able to get out of the box and shoot 3-pointers.

After a very good time in sports in the Horizon High School, he signed up to participate in the basketball team of the Boston College, the Eagles.

In his first season there, 2003-04, he started all 34 official games, averaging 11.9 points, 6.6 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.3 steals per game.

He was chosen almost unanimously to participate in the match All-Rookies (All Rookies) of the NCAA and obtained his best result against Rutgers: 20 points and 8 rebounds.

By his sophomore year in college, he had become a blazing star, having more playing minutes than the rest of the team.

In addition to this, he was named to participate of the best team of the eastern conference, sharing the award for Most Improved Player with Marcus williams, who currently plays for the New Jersey Nets.

In 2005 he was also the protagonist in all his meetings, and of course, the experience meant a rise in his averages: 16.7 points, 6.6 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 1.1 stolen.

The following year, the last of his college education, he performed with the same mastery with which he had been doing it, scoring a total of 19 points and 8.3 rebounds per game.

Thanks to its enormous participation within the Eagles, the team came to appear in the NCAA Tournament four times in a row and he himself was part of the All-ACC First Team.

In the 2006-07 season he was awarded the Atlantic Coast Conference Player of the Year. Upon completing his education, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science and Art.

On June 28, 2007 he was elected by the Charlotte bobcats in the NBA draft in 22nd position, promising him the number 98 jersey.
