The helicopter was flying in foggy weather conditions According to CBS News visibility was so low that their choppers were grounded for the day by the Los Angeles Police Department “The environmental situation did not meet our minimum flying requirements” a department spokesperson told the news outlet. The helicopter reportedly took off from south Los Angeles ‘ Orange County around 9 a.m. S. PT. It [ didn t ] sounded right and was really weak. I have seen it slip and sputter. But it was hard to figure it out as he explained it was so foggy. Kocharian said he dropped out of sight of the helicopter and then heard a boom. He’d continued a massive fireball. Nobody could live.
