The actress Ingoushka Petrov, was born in Warsaw, Poland, on November 21, 1937. Later, the actress would change her name to Ingrid Pitt, which is what she is known by in the film world.

At the end of the 50s, the actress married Laud Roland Pitt Jr, with whom she decided to go to the United States, but after divorcing him, Ingrid returned to Europe.

Soon, in Europe, he became interested in acting and joined the Berliner Ensemble theater group, where he began to perform performances, which led him to obtain, in the 1960s, various characters in some films, among which we can mention “Doctor Zhivago”, “Chimes at Midnight”, “Sounds of Horror”, or “The Omegas”.

In the 70s, the role of the actress became horror characters and began to intervene in films of this type of genre, as is the case of Countess Dracula, “The House of Crimes” or ” The Vampire Lovers ”, among others.

During the 80s, the actress took part in some other films such as “Octopussy” or “Hanna’s war”.

At that time Ingrid was beginning to write various books which she had already half published, as is the case with “Las Perón” or “Katarina”.

At the same time, she also set up a small theater company, which would give the green light to some of the scripts that she had written herself.

In 1998, the actress provided her voice for the group’s album Cradle of Filth ‘s.
