Hot Chocolate Balayage

This look is great for someone with naturally dark brown hair who wants to make it lighter, but not a blonde. She’s just being sweetly sunk. I love it brightens and complements the color of her skin and melts in loose curls or flat! I shadowed her base to make it small for her because it’s not going to have a clear demarcation line. It’s golden and hot, but not orange or brassy, a fine line for dark brunettes. This look is great for many styles of deep brunettes as it gives them a choice for intensity without being uncomfortably light or ending up being super red, which is why I don’t think any brunettes are highlights for them. We just didn’t have the right hue! Don’t surrender. To really make my client’s skin shine, I like to make the face-framing parts a little better. Then I glossed and shadow got her embedded in Keune Semi color because it’s a great line for flawless toning and melting the base depth to the lightness at the ends. For order to maintain this beautiful feeling, I suggest going for a gloss treatment every four to six weeks and coming to touch the highlights in every eight to ten weeks. Davines Oi sulfate-free shampoo and Oi conditioner have been recommended for everyday use for this user. I used the Oi All-In-One Milk spray when she was dry towel to detach and provide some leave-in condition and heat protection. I used the Davines No Gas spray during curling to help make the curls solid and elastic and bouncy. I hate a crunchy heavy spray sensation. I’m all for a few really good products, not a lot to keep and never reach under the sink. Nothing too light with good technique to keep up with gloss and use good home material will nail this sunkissed look!

Dark Chestnut Brown

A with Certified Hairstylist This is a deep brown chestnut with gold highlights to heat the hair and add light! Why low maintenance is the best part of this hair colour. If you’re brunette of course, this will keep your ends clean and balanced compared to highlights for a long time! For people who are trying for grow their hair out, I suggest this color because it will keep it clean for a long time. A rich brown will make your eyes pop for those with brown or hazel eyes! Darker tones can also help reshape the structure of the face by making it look slimmer. It is necessary to protect your investment, as always with every salon paint, by purchasing a color-safe shampoo and conditioner to help increase its durability. That color will help extend the time between appointments and save you money if you have a hectic lifestyle and don’t always have the time to make it to the salon every four to six weeks!

New Traditional Balayage

Everybody deserves beautiful new and trendy hair, no matter what a client’s age (she’s 68). For the last 25-30 years of her life, she had been using a dark brown nearly black box dye at a very ashy rate 4. She had never been to a professional salon and was somewhat anxious but very excited. Her daughter persuaded her when she visited her granddaughter in Portland to come and see me. I’ve been with her for about six or seven hours. I sliced off the unwanted dark ends with a rough cut and replaced the dark color rinse that she had done with a paint remover at home. I gave her a new root and a fresh balayage of caramel. My primary goal was to keep her once she returned to Florida. I cut off about six or seven inches and glazed her with a rich and fresh caramel shade, not fighting against heat, but adding to it. It made her eye color and her hair show youthfulness!

I would describe it as a dark color of chocolate. This client came in with virgin skin and wanted her natural hair color to be elevated and even out. I love the final look as effortless and organic as it was. Sometimes it looks solid and bland all over the color so I’m always looking for ways to add dimension. I still consider using the color line of a shampoo. Paul Mitchell color has been used so I suggest the use of Paul Mitchell Ultimate Color Repair shampoo to help keep the color from fading. This leaves the hair looking fantastic as well. This hair matches a lot of lifestyles and ways of the face. This client is going to college a couple of hours away and was searching for something that could be done every few months rather than every six weeks. I also recommend that the first time you color your hair, you don’t go too dark or light.

Darkest Brunette Colorist This look is sleek and flexible. The color is the darkest brunette that works for virtually anyone who wants shiny hair! The haircut is perfect for different hair texture as the length is flattering usually just below the shoulders at thecollarbone. The long layers and angles of face framing give shape and texture and, if the hair is thick, are perfect for weight removal. If the hair is perfect, they can add volume as well. Anyone who is looking for an easy-to-style fresh look should find a color and cut it like that. It can be sprayed easily with a round brush for volume and form depending on the condition of the hair or it can be worn with waves or curls. For those with active lifestyles, it’s also long enough to tie up. This style flatters all the shapes of the face and is extremely low maintenance!

Bold Different

Brunette Sultry DarkI recommend this to someone who’s not exclusively blonde, of course, but more so to someone who’s sitting comfortably at level 5-6 and looking for some variety. This style is perfect for a customer with low maintenance.

Soft caramel balayage

A with Owner How are you going to describe this look and what’s your favorite? Because of the slightly warmer ends near the face, the best part about this color is the opportunity to wear an extremely dark color without washing out the skin tone. Even without makeup, she’ll feel amazing! It’s undeniable the glow you get from going darker. To create and maintain this look, what items do you recommend? This customer has tier 10 pale blonde ends so I started processing with Formula 18 Copper Toning Shampoo by shampooing her. I love the shampoos toning. They save me time because no storage takes place. You’re shampooing and that’s over! Next I dried her and added Keune Semi 1/2 4 1/2 4.37 equal parts of Semi Activator back through the ends to the roots and mid-lengths. I applied the color formula for fixing and treating damaged ends to the Formula 18 plan-based bond builder. Shampoo as little as possible is the secret to long-lasting light. Your best friend is dry shampoo! I recommend a dry shampoo from Rene Furterer. At my salon, it’s a top seller. Use luke warm water when it’s time for shampoo. The hair cuticule will be removed by hot water and the pigment will be washed down the drain. The color would look best on medium to thick skin, which is a level 7 (darkest blonde) or higher, of course. Keep in mind that a level 7 will have a line of demarcation when it grows out and needs to be maintained every four to six weeks. Just enough for a soft low maintenance heart, Keune’s Semi Color fades. Beautifully show bright blue or hazel eyes next to a darker hair color. In a lighter warmer model, a natural redhead looking for a darker color will look better. With skin tones that appear to complement naturally red hair, dating the correct red tone to the color equation will make it suitable.

Dark Brown RichUse a wand or flat iron to wave the hair shaft from top to middle while keeping out the ends. Just pull the waves apart with your hands. Using Surface Sea Salt Spray or Hairspray Surface Styling to finish. This look is great for low-maintenance and on-going customers. I’m saying this because drying the hair at home is quick and it doesn’t take a lot of time to wand. The waves don’t have to be perfect, and the next day you get to wear it, and it looks even better! I think this haircut and style works for all the shapes of the face, but bear in mind that if someone has a rounder face, you may need to angle the front a bit more to remove the roundness. If the guest has a long face, to soften their eyes, you can add subtle framing in the front.

A with Hair Specialist How are you going to describe this look and what is your favorite? This look is twice worth taking because it’s such a fabulous shine. The simplicity of it is my favorite part of its beauty. It’s incredible what the right choice of color can do! I used the color of Wella Koleston Perfect. I recommend a shampoo and conditioner from TiGi Bed Head Color Goddess to maintain the best possible color. I recommend Bed Head Blow Out throughout the mid lengths and ends and Bed Head Small Talk before drying to recreate the overall finish at home. Use a small brush of medium size or a hot brush to blow off. Repeat with Blow Out or After Party! For someone with a naturally dark colour, I suggest this look. It is perfect for a dark complexion and heat. This color is a dark foundation that would wash out paler-skinned ladies. The overall appearance of the model is also low maintenance. A smooth dry blow is simple but effective at all times.

d a vivid color of cherry (and perhaps a lighter extension or two) to your dark hair and go from Meh to Awesome! Not sure if it would work a lot of red with your skin? If not, try a few peek-a-boo pieces in your hair instead of well away from your face. 2.

Soft Dark Auburn

This warm dark brunette looks super rich for all but the hottest skin tones. As with all color hair, it must be in good condition to look its best, so be sure to follow the advice of your stylist on deep conditioning and other maintenance of home care. 238.jpg

The deepest brown is only short of black. That hue is on the neutral side, meaning to make a rich chocolate color, it doesn’t have a lot of red or ash. If you’re a medium brown considering going darker and more dramatic, this would be a great color to seek. Why don’t you give it a half- or semi-permanent color whirl?

5. Blue Black I always say you’re going to look great in blue hair if you look good. But don’t worry that this isn’t the blue rinse of your great-granny! If you’re going for this dramatic look, it’s essential to use products to give a lot of glossy shine to your hair or it might look sluggish and a bit like shoe polish.

Medium Bob With Bangs

Flattering Shoulder Length Hair with Bangs

A with Hairdresser It’s very chic for women and girls of all ages. The style is a one-length layered cut with thick side bangs swept. The pigment over previously lightened skin is a titanium glaze. There are some things to consider if you’re looking for this theme. It took us about 12 to 16 hours in the salon to get her from a dark brown to a blonde with a scalp-to-end bleach operation, then we glazed to get the beautiful color you see. You will have routine maintenance and to preserve the look you will need to use salon quality shampoo conditioner and styling products. If you want some fun, I think you can go out and ask your stylist to make you trendy!

A bold curly shag in this look. Something that sounds soft and feminine as well as rock-n-roll. The curly bangs that suit anyone and everyone are what I definitely love about this look. I do love the way she looks relaxed and pro-curl. This appearance is extremely low in maintenance. Growing out is fine, and with bang trims can be moved ever further. Simple to style by moving all the hair forward pushing the curl by applying a styling cream (Hairstory Hair Balm is my go-to) and either drying or drying for more curl and volume with a diffuser. Wonderful on nearly every sort of wave or curl. On the curl!

Layers of Angled Bangs

Curly Bangs

Of course, the bangs are what I love the most about this look! You should accept and show off the natural curls in a fun way. They make a big statement because they are so effortless. To cut your bangs on the long side, ask your stylist because we all know how much curly hair bounces. It is also important to style the material. You need a decent curl cream to de-frizz hair while maintaining the curls in place as well. To the eye it should look soft and not crunchy.

is a long-angled bob with some messy waves. We also used the awesome color fusion line from Redken to give a beautiful bold vibrant shade that can be easily refreshed when needed with Redken Shades Eq gloss.

Thick hair straight bangs

Finish the ends with a serum and some hairspray of choice (my favorite is Eufora beautifying serum).

Choppy Bob Cut with Bangs

This is my spin on the classic medium bob! I loved to add all the layers, but particularly to frame the eyes! The bangs are also too cool! Don’t forget about all the texture that makes this chop ideal for the look of the summer beach this season! Invest for quick daily style in your favorite volumizer and sea salt spray! Inverted Bob with Bangs and Highlights

A with Lounge Artisan To create an effortlessly elegant haircut, I used a razor for her haircut. This cut is going to be so easy for her to make her own look. This style can be used with most styles of skin. However, women with thicker hair will definitely require more time to style. This can be really effortless with finer hair if cut right. A small hand over direction will have this cut falling right into place while using your blow dryer. To give my guest fullness and texture, I used an invisible layering technique that integrates shorter pieces into the layers! Looks great with a beach wave and/or flat!

Summer looks very fun and easy. It has long layers that really blend in well and the bangs are my favorite as it adds that extra eye-catching piece to the face and at that length attracts attention to the eyes. This is a cut with long layers of medium length and a long side bang. For a soft color pop, some cool toned balayaged highlights have been applied to her natural color. I love this cut’s speed. You can wear it straight or curled and very minimal maintenance is needed for the color! For fine hair, this cut is perfect. For those who need some movement around the face but still want a bit of a carefree look, the longer side bang is a nice length.

Bangs and middle part

A with Freelance Stylist in Whiteville Nc This is a brief honey blonde textured bob with a light curtain fringe. The best thing about this break, as some people call it, must be the fringeor bangs. I’m an 80’s son, but I should have been born a decade earlier as I love 70’s style! The curtain fringe is a modern tribute to stars like Farrah Fawcett and Stevie Nicks from the seventies. This cut’s size is very flexible. It gives hair that lacks density the illusion of thickness. Adding short layers will make this length very enjoyable while reducing weight for someone with thicker hair. The curtain fringe almost steals the show here because it draws your attention to the area of the eye / cheek and widenes the face slightly to make a more diamond shape. This cut will work best for round or oval eyes, but it can be adapted to other shapes of the face. The styling’s versatility is infinite.

Glasses and Bangs

A with Hair Artist Stylist This style is a blunt asymmetric bob. By blunt I mean without layers having sharp lines. It’s elegant and edgy. My favorite thing about this cut is how different facial features are accentuated by the sharp lines. She was thinking about the roundness of her face at first. Keeping this in mind, I cut the shorter side at a point that guides your eye to her cheek’s bottom and her chin’s inner slope. It makes you look beyond any roundness she might have. On the other hand, putting long straight hair always eliminates all roundness.Definitely, this look is a more dramatic version of a classic shag. Her hair color is normal and I think I could move the form of the haircut a little further. Using my razor, I was able to create enough form and motion, so hand-styling was very simple with a diffuser and a heavy cream. Because this haircut is a definite look, it must be very positive on somebody. It’s tightly layered around the face that really opens up her cheekbones and the bangs really perfectly frame her eyes. It is a super low-maintenance haircut that can air dry on its own or be easily hand-styled by pressing a cream into the hair to create natural wave pattern when spreading at low speed. It’s certainly a cool girl hair wake-up and go relaxed.

A I love lobs with Independent Hairstylist. My client wanted something different and simple to style, so with some blonde highlights I brightened her up and gave her a youthful lob. I gave her soft textured layers to mix and build motion with this lob. For just about everyone, lobs are perfect. If you want something new and modern, but you don’t want to lose size or distance, then the lob is my recommendation almost always. Lobs are polyvalent! To me, texture is enormous! You can almost always make the lob work if you have wavy thick fine coarse or curly hair. When customizing the lob, the face shape is important to consider. It’s about texturizing the overall look you’re looking for. That’s where the individual cut is made. My bestities are Kenra Taffy and Sabastion hairspray. I love all the goods, but the two are my go as well. Using a good product you trust is important to help you identify and build the look on a daily basis.

Mid-length Bob with Bangs

A with Cutting Expert Curtain bangs are everywhere right now and I love just how well they can highlight almost any cut. I matched her soft bangs with a classic square bob sweeping her shoulders barely. I created a bend in the hair just at the cheekbone with my flat iron to improve the transition from her bangs to her bob. Keeping your hair one length works with most face shapes, but if your face is round or you need some elongation, ask for a slightly longer frontal cut. I only wanted a simple wave for this look, but with loose curls or shiny and elegant, it would look so cute!

Shag Cut

Textured arm length

I will characterize this look with a little edge as trendy and elegant. I gave her a blunt bang with a short to long textured bob. My favorite thing about this haircut is the perfect blend of a classic bang and bob with textured edginess. It’s both worlds ‘ best. There’s a lot to talk about when it comes to bangs and a bobth. The first thing to remember when deciding whether or not to get bangs is the shape of your head. If you have a long face like a bang from my client, it can help reduce the overall length of your head. If you have a round head, the optimal bob length would be under the nose, holding all the hair on the sides of the face the same length to make the ears and cheekbones show. Both a bang and a short bob need more styling than normal, especially if you have a natural cowlick that interferes with your bangs. This haircut will help to make any outfit look extra trendy if you have time out of your day to devote to styling your hair. For style, when the hair was wet, I sprayed Milbon Volume Thickening Mist. I sprayed Oribe Gold Lust Dry Shampoo on the roots of her bangs after I dried and brushed her hair to avoid any greasiness. I finished all over the hair with L’Oréal Professional Next Day Hair Dry Finishing Spray to add more volume and texture.

Longer bangs encourage anybody who wants a completely different look without losing too much length to make a bold switch. Dinging texture and allowing the eyebrows to dust makes them flirtious and more grown-up when attracting eye attention. Once blowing dried without too much hassle, I thought curtain bangs look best. Rough straight down drying allows them to look smooth without compromising any cowlicks. They easily separate to frame the eyes this way. On someone with a heart-shaped face, these bangs look perfect!

Mid-length Bangs haircut

This medium-length style falls below the collarbone. I love how this haircut stretches her round face to give the illusion of a more oval shape and I also love how she looks framed by the blunt bangs. Many of my customers who develop lobs / shorter styles love when their length reaches this level. My customer’s hair is fine and straight, of course. I used Davines ‘ Medium Texture Paste to prepare the hair when wet to achieve this look. I blow her hair dried in large sections with a big round brush to add volume to the roots. I kept the bangs straight and blunt but used a 1 1/4-inch barrel curling iron on the rest of her hair to add a few waves. Next I sprayed the curls gently with Davines Dry Texture Spray to help hold the waves of her fine hair without making it sticky. I gently broke up the waves using a wide-tooth tortoise comb to give it some playfulness and texture. I misted the hair with a light, flexible hairspray and shook it out to finish the look. My client is a mother to a kid in order to make her lifestyle unpredictable! Not only does this style compliment her face shape and haircut, it also has a lived-in feel so she can hold this blowout effortlessly. If not when it comes to slicing the lob? It is easily pulled back into a ponytail that reduces dry blow and styling time and looks good on virtually all. My favorite hair texture should be straight or wavy with a fine to medium density for this look. The cut offers completeness without being too hard and it can be turned into a sexy beach wave look with the right textured goods. I love the Clean Surface Spray from Oribe! If you want to maintain low maintenance in your fashion, I suggest that you keep the bangs longer and side-swept. The straight-across bangs are perfect if you like something a little bit more statement-making. Bangs have come a long way from the Diy bang days of your primary school! Make sure you do some research when you decide which bangs style you’d prefer. Life Hack – Just your bangs on day two hair dry and blow to refresh your entire look in just a few minutes!

I love the contrast between the Bettie Bang and the shaggy layers in the lob. My favorite is the bangs. To make them crisp and blunt, I used neck trimmers. Styling this cut is easier than you might think. The bang is the only part that needs to be dried up! To promote beachy texture, air dry the rest of the hair with something like R+Co’s Wave Spray, then polish a few parts with a curling iron if needed for further separation.

Bronde Shag

This look is not only timeless (think Brigitte Bardot) but can be worn explicitly or wavily. My model has swavy (slightly wavy) hair and if she’s not in the mood of blowing it out, she can rock her natural beachy look absolutely. Thank you very much, the shag trend is back! I decided to cut her hair dry first so that I could use her natural texture before applying any lightener and snip the dry ends. For Pulp Riot Blonde Af + 10 volume and Brazilian Bond Builder, I then added teasy lights in the Mohawk chapter. Using Paul Mitchell Skylights w/25 volume I scanned the sides and a few bits in the back and finished using 30 volume + Brazilian Bond Builder. For isolation, I used plastic wrap to keep the product wet for extra lift. She’s been working for about 20 minutes. We then dried shampoo towel and applied a 7.18 root smudge w/10 grams with double Keune Semi Activator 13 grams of 10.7 + 2 grams of Grey + 3 grams of Clear with double Keune Semi Activator before further 20 minutes of storage. The second equation was added to the mid-shaft to ends after the root smudge. With wavy curly or straight hair, this hairstyle is perfect. You can rock it or give yourself a voluminous blowout in its natural state. If somebody is contemplating bangs, they certainly need to know how high they can be in maintenance. For more of an oval shaped face, I recommend this style, but you can adjust it to suit other shapes.

Blunt Bangs Edgy Shaggy Cut

With this cut, styling is simple. For a quick look, you can add a trendy topknot while the bangs keep it sleek. My favorite is to add some texture with loose waves to the skin. Attempt to match with a barrel iron of 1 1/4-inch alternating curl directions. Finish with a dry shampoo for an airy, lived-in feel to add texture. Spray your hairspray with a gentle hold and you’re all set!

Collarbone Length Bob with Fringe

I’d characterize this look as a blunt fringe or baby bang collarbone lob. Her haircut is angled slightly from back to front which makes her hair fall well over her shoulders. For so many of my clients, I love this look because of its versatility. My guest in the photograph has wavy air drying well, but on occasion she still likes to add curl or straighten it. For all those looks, this haircut fits well. I added a few light layers of mobility through the haircut to make it easy to wear and easy to wear, no matter what looks she prefers. Another great thing about this style is how many face shapes and hair types can be customized with small tweaks. Your stylist can add more angle through the duration that you can change the fringe to be shorter or longer, or maybe add more texture for less of a blunt effect. For someone with an oval face, these short baby bangs work great and could be kept longer for more of a long face. I’ve got so many guests involved in this season’s fringe and it’s the perfect time to dive! Sometimes by applying a fringe to your new look, blow drying the area of your hair is important to smooth out any growth patterns or textures and you want to keep your hair safe and clean! I enjoy spraying wet hair with Aveda’s Texture Tonic blow dry to produce a wavier finish and then take large sections loosely wrap them around a curling iron or wand for a natural wavy look. If you want this look, but you’re in luck with wavy or curly hair! To you, too, this may be a great low maintenance cut. Depending on how curly your hair is, your stylist may choose to add more layering in order to avoid the dreaded appearance of the triangle and perhaps keep your fringe a little longer. Opt for your new favorite look with Be Curly Fashion Prep and air dry or diffuse!
