Emanuel Ortega was born in 1977 in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
He is the fourth child of Ramon Ortega, singer and Evangelina salazar, actress.
With only 7 years of age, he moved with his family to the United States, where he lived all his childhood and part of his adolescence, more precisely in Miami.
