There is an urge to satisfy their partner’s desires and needs just as much as their own and with so much media external influence constantly pushing people to do more and achieve higher goals, it is important to stop breathing and meditate for a safer and more attentive lifestyle. Meditation occurs when you become aware of yourself and the surroundings and relax the scattered thoughts that fatigue your mind throughout the day. Health and Yoga explains how meditation is simply this act of mindfulness “you should concentrate on your breathing and find it to be meditation as long as your focus remains on your breathing and your thoughts do not move to all the paperwork you still have to do or project you have not yet completed at the office. Your minds are continuously projecting various desires and needs every day and meditation helps to quiet all those thoughts down to just one. So how is it that you start? There is not only one way to meditate, but the ultimate aim is to calm the mind and at the end of the session feel renewed. The easiest way to get going is to devote only fifteen minutes to this exercise “in today’s busy world it’s hard to find time and only a tiny bracket out of your average day will offer you benefits. The Art of Manliness describes the Buddhist breath method as a simple meditation technique as simply using a breath collection to focus on your breathing while leaving all other thoughts to the wayside. You can do a breath sequence by just inhaling counting up to a few seconds (starting at first with three seconds) and then exhaling counting the seconds also on the exhale. You should breathe in through your nose and then exhale, filling your lungs with air through your mouth and concentrating on how it feels to just breathe and relax. You can also try mantra therapy, which includes repeating a word or phrase, if you don’t want to concentrate on your breathing. It’s helpful in breaking repetitive patterns of thought that can give you negativity in your life helping you to feel a more relaxed and less depressed mind that can give you more positivity overall in your life. According to the OSHO website, this task should be conducted in the morning as it is when you are most refreshed and your mind is most alert. The meditation has five stages and the whole process takes about one hour to complete. You have to keep your eyes closed during the entire practice. The first stage is 10 minutes and the goal here is to breathe as deeply and vigorously as chaotically as possible. You should encourage yourself to do this as quickly and intensely as possible, so that your body can create strength. You let go of this energy during the second stage, which is another 10 minutes, you’ve spent the previous 10 minutes constructing. Scream howl and jump as much as you like. Give yourself the freedom to let loose even when you feel odd to do so. The third stage also needs you to raise your arms above your head and chant a simple phrase for 10 minutes. This can be just a hoo or a ha, or whatever basic monosyllabic expression you may think of. Make sure to jump up and down while chanting again and land firmly on your feet’s surfaces. The fourth stage is 15 minutes and this is when you’re supposed to stop your movements absolutely. Freeze fully in whatever place you’re in “do not even cough as this can throw off your body’s flow of energy that you’re working so hard to build. 2019 saw three massive franchise endings

As stated above it was indeed an epic year when it came to three of the biggest franchises in all of entertainment history. For Endgame it was a culmination of a decade of superhero movies in the MCU that shaped the genre as we know it today. It was also the biggest team-up among all the heroes and the conclusion to 2018 s Infinity War. And with The Rise of Skywalker it was the final episode in the Skywalker saga and the sequel trilogy. It was the follow-up to 2017 s The Last Jedi which divided fans. Unlike both of the above franchises Star Wars started back in 1977 so it had a lot more ground to cover to give a satisfying ending. But it was certainly possible.

Game of Thrones infuriated fans

Game of Thrones and Endgame happened around the same time; GoT s finale was May 19 and Endgame premiered on April 26. And interestingly enough the big Battle of Winterfell happened the same weekend the MCU movie came out. Basically it was an overload of emotions for fans and generally full of approval since The Long Night is arguably the last good episode in Season 8.

Avengers: Endgame had a cohesive ending that honored its past movies

So why did need a visual dictionary to understand half of the plot points and it stayed true to itself. We say by that it leaned to its strengths. It pulled on your heartstrings and gave an epic final battle. Without its characters link to the audience, the MCU is nothing and the Russo brothers used that to entertain you for three hours. Like The Rise of Skywalker it also did not neglect its history. It used the momentum of the movie to reach you with the deaths of Thanos Army and Tony. Even though two of the past four Avengers movies were directed and written by somebody else, what happened in them did not come back or alter. Endgame used them in its story including the 20 + other MCU films that led to this moment.

Cooper might not be showing his face in Marvel’s hit smash comics, but that doesn’t make the actor’s depiction of the genetically modified raccoon rocket any less memorable. The cynical character of speaking quickly makes some of the movie’s funniest moments, but also some of the most touching. 2. American Hustle

In this 2013 crime comedy drama, Cooper delivers another standout performance as FBI agent Richie DiMaso. The actor brings laughs with his spot-on take of the hyper and overeager Richie who is looking for a claim to fame but naively underestimates who he s dealing with. With Cooper in the role the character leaves you feeling conflicted. He’s cocky enough to make you roll your eyes on one side, but you can’t help the guy feel a little sorry when the rug gets pulled out of him.
