Trained in the Manchester Metropolitan School of Theater, his career began in the late ’90s; his first television job was in three episodes of the English soap opera “Coronation Street“, which has been broadcast continuously since 1960.
His credits continued with the roles of Guppy on “Bleak house“or Tim timothy on “Funland“, in addition to participation in other series and films for television.
In 2006 he was selected to play Owen harper in the series “Torchwood“, spin-off of the famous”Doctor who“; character he played over 26 episodes between 2006 and 2009. He currently has the leading role of Richard Gates in the crime series “The Runaway“.
On the big screen Gorman he has worked in numerous feature films, the most memorable being “Crazy about the girlfriend“(2005),”Fred Claus, the thug brother of Santa Claus“(2007),”The Oxford crimes“(2008) or”Crossing Destinations“(2010).
In his personal life, he has been married since 2004 to Sarah beard, with whom he has two sons named Max hugh Y Nell.
