Before this, I owned and used a few Timbuktu messenger bags. Even after 12 + years they are still perfectly functional, but eventually show their age, particularly when they use to ride on a bike like mine daily. I wanted something that I wasn’t afraid to attend a business meeting and that fit the bill perfectly. The black, elegant fabric is understated and looks nice after using it for more than two years now (although it’s very low to split in one corner-something that never happened in my preceding sacks).
Functionally, this bag is a* marked* improvement on Timbuktu’s previous bag designs. I love the laptop divide panel, the two inner mesh pockets (probably designed for water bottles, but helpful for so much more, including glass panels), and all the small pocket boxes of different sizes in the front row, which are ideal for carrying a Swiss army knife, a battery backup, a torch, wet papers, plums and pencils, etc. The key leash in the front zip pocket is good, too. And advice to Timbuktu to add a belt on the back. The previous bags didn’t, so I always held the bag up by the flap to make it move short distances that was awkward. The inclusion of some stiffening rods in the rear corners helps to keep the back straight while it is on the ground or at the table. It sounds like a little thing, but it’s a huge advantage over the old bags that would just go down.
Only the shoulder strap size change buckle could be changed in my opinion. The tiny fastener is just a bit easy to flip open unintentionally, causing the bag to fall about 12 inches on my back. The clamping must be more constructive in order to undo it with more strength. If you don’t need to change the width of the belt all day long, it’s easy enough to clip it in place to keep it firmly close, so issues can be overcome. Everything is a great product and the best Timbuktu bag that I have possessed so far.
Over the years I had a few T2 packs, they were always high quality and smart designs. I saw it was a new design with some new features and fabrics. Thought I would try it. I would only use this one for everyday needs. I like medium size. I prefer medium size. I carry mostly thin, smartphone, contacts, sunglasses, keyfob, bottle of water, purse… Often small pockets and safe areas inside prevent things from getting lost. We live in Oregon, so the model and fabric are waterproof. The mornings are cold but there is space for a light jacket inside with hot afternoons. I went all black and like this, really. It’s very practical. There are no outdoor pockets that get used to, and Velcro is still very new, so sometimes it’s a little hassle, but it gets easier over time.

This bag made a good first ride through several airports, shuttle busses and regular schools. It was well maintained and looks a bit nicer than the traditional backpacks. The model promotes the finding, so that you immediately recognize your backpack (if it’s placed overhead or in the terminal). It is also thin, rendering it less voluminous and bulky.
I love the scale, feel, and sturdy attachments.
The straps are comfortable and easy to switch.
I expected waxed canvas, the only thing that was not as expected is the fabric.
The cost for this pack was wrong.
So far, pretty good. Interestingly, the buckles are magnetic–they clip on and off quickly. Not what I expected, but a pleasant surprise and very friendly. I’m going to update its reliability once again, but its high quality. That said, I figured that the laptop compartment was smaller and very loosely lined.
Rate it! Hate it! I needed a backpack to tote books to a professional work environment, which works fantastic while still looking stylish, not too “young” The toilet is thinner than I expected and the zippers and belts seem to be super durable. The side pockets for a water bottle are too small, but they act as a telephone door. It’s a very nicely built bag. The toilet is strong, but not deep, and the leather looks and feels good. Both belts and clasps feel good and fit well together.

The linen is soft and studied; the leather is genuine and healthy. It has enough capacity for a weekend trip as reported. I understand what to do with more pockets in this pack, and I used to believe that you can’t have enough space! I don’t think you could find a bigger, more durable, better look bag for the cost. This was the dream backpack for my husband-we brought it with friends to the ADK Mts for a long weekend. In this one pocket it suited all your needs and was very sturdy. And our mates do enjoy it! The construction is strong, durable and the building is solid. And it’s not unattractive at all. Every weekend I use it and appreciate the versatility of the pocket configurations and the functions in another pack that I never considered to be extremely handy, such as a single zip entry to one end of the head, two magnetic clasp pockets and the insulation pocket of a boot. It is nice enough to replenish my stock and make the most of it! The bag looks good to wear. Has plenty of space. It is really like the separate space for your boots and/or damp bath suits if you waited and used the pool until you boarded your flight. May I really love the look and feel of my extended weekend clothing, toiletries, and boots in the duffle. I bought it gladly and recommend it to others.

I travel a lot, like lifetime, on one airline well over 1,5 million miles. For quick trips I just wanted to have a good durable linen and leather duffel and this for the bill. I went abroad a week, train and ride, and this bag was up to any test. Okay, the money is worth it. Overpacking is easy so be warned, it holds a lot.
Bought this in Florida for a quick weekend. This bag is of the highest quality. It looks like a very high-end wallet, but not the size. This suits well in the overhead compartment of the aircraft. I was concerned how it looked after unboxing it, but the wrinkles fell out after I placed my things in my pocket. Leather attachments of quality too. Great for carrying 2-3 days of products.
Two days before our international travel, I ordered this package. The next day came and was fine. I prepared my husband’s clothes for a week (4 skirts, 3 pants, 7 tops, 7 boxer shorts, 7 shoe sets, 2 PJ pairs and 7 handcrafts). I roll our clothes to make wrapping simple and all fit easily. The fabric is so sweet, very strong and long lasting. The handles in your palms are secure and do not dig into your hair. The shoulder strap on your shoulder is very durable and comfortable. The outer pocket is not secured with anything but a snap, so nothing is worth it, but there is a big inner pocket with a zip-lock. Personally, I would give this bag a million times and believe that it flies close and far. Rate it! Hate it!
As a frequent traveler, I was grateful that this cheap canvas bag worked. The only thing I can find is that after the first cleaning / drying the bag itself lacks some colour. I have no concerns and would suggest them to everybody else. I’ve been hunting for a suitable travel bag for a long time and I’m very glad I bought one. The bag is very spacious, fine shaped, stylish and very cool. The material quality, excellent quality and very good to the touch amazed me. Another big advantage in this bag is that it doesn’t require air. Good package, I love it! This bag is good-I’ve only flown with it 3 times. I received a number of comments on the feel… It’s super compact and rare for most weekend packs.
I may accommodate clothing in a traditional week together with my 13 “computer and headphones and even when completely packed it suits on the bottom.

Brown still makes an amazing leather bag. But what makes the bag a distinct look is the intricate stitching and the decorative zipper design on the small upper portion pocket. 
It surprised me with this package. For the cost it’s incredible quality. Most of the time I bear under 25 pounds and there is no wear and tear. I would match all I need for college and more. It’s good to travel, but I’d recommend it as a school bag Love this backpack. The straps are secure, especially when I hold all my textbooks. My laptop is 15.6 inches so I feel you can bring a* little* bigger thing, but not a bit. Lots of holding spaces. The color is on the photo.
I put it on my pillow and left when I had it first. As I returned home, the pet of my sister laid on it. The fact is, the thing is… She had an open wound and the blood was there. Hey, she’s been handled. Then I’ve washed my wallet. It just looks like new! Yeah, all I can do, I love it already! I’m enjoying the shade I’ve picked. I love it! I love it! I was looking for a backpack and wasn’t able to find it. Ultimately. Finally. I had a keychain to suit it as well. I love it. I love it. I used a smaller jansport bag before this service. I was worried about the smaller size, just one main bay and the relatively low price; but it performs amazingly well and can hold many textbooks, spirals and all my accessories quickly. Like design. Hate design. I love this backpack and use it nearly every day, because I’ve had to travel a lot. I’m not going to say about carry net pocket indoors, because mine lining torn. Within a week, I reached the customer service and replaced my bag. Love the bag and in the future will be a repeat customer! Perfect size for my 10-year-old and nice colours. She doesn’t like any shiny stuff, so that’s good.

As a project owner, I’ve had many leather messengers / laptop bags, it’s the greatest one I’ve ever had. Good fabrics and information care. The handles and belts are tightly bound, they will not come off… Forever. Ever. It’s a nice box, too. The quality is much more than bags that cost a lot, a lot more.

Ever before, nobody’s supported my laptop bag. This one turns heads though. It’s very dense, carefully sewn measure leather and only looks like it will last forever. I love the somewhat distressed expression and the real leather scent. It does have enough space and fits my huge 7-pig Dell 17, “but just a few. As for the rest of the cases, you find more than enough compartments to fit all of your accessories. I carry my 17-inch laptop with its huge 170W power stain, styles, flashlights, loupe, CDs, cables and charge boxes, my Blu Ray mobile and some personal hygiene items. This is a big thing!

Over the years I have owned many Polare pockets, and I am very happy with my latest purchase. The build quality is great for the cost, and I have a number of additional apps. This is my favorite in terms of carrying capacity and organization. Plenty of internal and external compartments and pockets which were a shortcoming in the other 17′ Polare messenger bag replaces this. I see a lot of negative reviews mention broken zippers which should be addressed by this “updated’ version. I will keep an eye on the… my 15” cases have been broken by a zipper after 2 years of regular usage, so we will see if Polare has enough.
Good item-Solid made and carefully packed! I’ve just got it for several days and the bag itself has no such issue as “Dye-rubbing,” “Down-apart” and “Torn-out” in one or two stars. Anyhow, I won’t say that the “fallen-apart” won’t happen late with my bag since it has been used for a few days, but it certainly doesn’t have an issue with “dye-rubbing” Ultimately, a great product with a strong “antique” and “classical” look and feel at that price range! The product itself was also thoughtfully packed by the manufacturer, bundled in a thin, fabric-like bag inside my cardboard box…. Really pleased! Quite impressed!
