The soccer player Ángel Fabián di María Hernández was born on February 14, 1988 in the city of Rosario, Santa Fe province, Argentina. He is known in the football world as di María, as well as with the nicknames “Little angel“Or”Noodle”.
His father, named Miguel, suffered a major injury as a young man that cut short his football career, becoming a charcoal burner, a task in which Ángel helped him until he reached the First Division.
Di Maria started playing at a very young age, 4 years old, and did so in a team in her neighborhood called The bull. At only 6 years old, he draws the attention of the Argentine coach Ángel Tulio Zof, who facilitates his entry to the Rosario Central team, where he plays baby soccer.
In 2002 he made his debut in the junior tournament of the Argentine Football Association, and in 2005 he became part of the club’s first team, being transferred, in 2007, to SL Benfica of Portugal.
In 2008 he was summoned to be part of the Argentine National Team.a, as well as to participate in the Beijing Olympics.
In 2010 he was signed by Real Madrid, in Spain, and in 2011 he was summoned by his country to play the Copa América.
