High Genie Ponytail
I love it because it’s a perfect go – to hairstyle for people who want longer hair. On all hair types, this look can be achieved. My model has 4c hair so I straight blow dried her hair. Finished with a nice flat iron and it was easy to mold in place afterwards. Once I had her natural hair in place, I secured it, and then the extensions were applied. Taking a healthy portion from the back of the ponytail, I wrapped it around to finish with some pretty baby hairs to create the genie effect. I used rubber bands and Bobby pins for Got To Be Glued kept spray Salon Pro hair glue. This look can last up to two weeks depending on the type of hair and proper care such as staying away from hot steamy showers wearing a scarf at bedtime!

I love it’s not something that everybody can pull off and it takes a lot of hard work and time to get this color with the style I love that looks fun and yet classy. If this is your desired color, you have to understand that it takes a lot of time / patience to get to this color with a lot of money and realistic expectations of what your hair is at the moment.
