Set in 1980s Brooklyn and based on the childhood of the black American comedian Chris Rock, “Everybody hates Chris“(Everybody hates Chris) is a television comedy released on September 22, 2005.
With the voiceover of the comedian himself, the series immerses itself in the day-to-day life of a 13-year-old teenager who, at the wish of his parents, will go to study at a white school. Thus the little Chris (Tyler james williams) will begin to suffer the abuse of white children.
Chris and his family move to a new neighborhood and his parents send him to a middle-class Italian-American school two hours from home. At thirteen he has to try to fit in in this center where he is the only black man. In addition, a thug will make your life miserable in a neighborhood where criminals are camping at ease.
