The actress Marina San José was born on September 16, 1983 in Madrid.

She was born into a family of artists, since her parents are Víctor Manuel and Ana Belén, which is why as a child she already frequented artistic circles, and, although at first she wanted to study the career of Veterinary Medicine, the environment she lived in influenced more and she opted for by interpretation. For this reason, he enrolled in the William Layton Laboratory, an acting school in Madrid, and studied acting, singing and dance.

In 2005, and after participating as a chorus girl in one of her parents’ tours, she made her theatrical debut, with the play “El postero de Neruda”, where Marina works with such prominent actors as Tina Sáinz, José Ángel Egido and Miguel Ángel Muñoz.

In 2007 he joined the cast of the play “Móvil”, directed by Miguel Narros. The play premiered in Alicante, and shared the bill with María Barranco and others.

In 2008 he participated in Tirso de Molina’s play “Don Juan. El Burlador de Sevilla ”, which premiered in Naples and was later performed at the Almagro International Theater Festival, in which the actress won the Ágora Prize for her role in it.

In 2011 he began to work on the play “Venice under the snow”, a comedy directed by Gabriel Olivares, in which he starred alongside Pablo Carbonell, Eva Isanta and Carlos Heredia.

As for the big screen, although it does not have an extensive filmography, it debuted in 1999 with a role in the film “Between the legs” by Manuel Gómez Pereira, which was followed, already in 2009 and 2011, by the short films “Paco” and “Sonata”.

On the small screen is where the actress has achieved popularity, by joining the team of the telenovela “Amar en tiempo revolos”, in which she plays the role of Ana Rivas.
