Emilio Gutiérrez Caba was born on September 26, 1942 in Valladolid, within a saga of artists, since all the members of his family, from his great-grandfather, were actors and actresses. Her sisters, Irene and Julia, also dedicated themselves to acting.
Having grown up in such an environment, it is not surprising that he had always felt his vocation as an actor, which is why he enrolled at the San Isidro Institute in Madrid, the center where he studied theater.
He made his theater debut in 1962, joining a tour of the country with the Lili Murati theater company. The following year he already acted at the María Guerrero Theater, in the play “Peter Pan”, In which he had the leading role.
Emilio’s career was consolidated when, in 1968, he founded a company with María José Goyanes, with which he worked on works such as “Forget the drums“, By the writer Ana Diosdado, or”Mrs. Warre’s professionn ”by Bernard Shaw. Since then, the actor has never left the stage, being active on them even today.
As for the small screen, it has always been one of its best known faces.
