Inside St James’ Palace
One of the most famous royal family residences is located in Westminster St James’ Palace. Indeed it once served as the monarch’s principal home. Designed almost 500 years ago, the red brick palace features typical Tudor-style architecture with bits of family history and interior style. That said, much of the interior was refurbished from its original design after a devastating fire broke out and destroyed significant parts of the palace including private apartments for the monarch. Although the monarch’s private residences are never replaced, the Royal Court is still headquartered at St James’s Palace and a number of family members call it home. The palace is home to the family’s personal chapel, where Prince Louis was recently christened, in addition to living quarters.

The person most upset about the living situation of Beatrice and Eugenie is Prince Andrew because he pays the bill. Andrew forks out £ 20000 annually for his Westminster home daughters according to some reports. And now that Eugenie has passed out, he doesn’t think it’s worth it if Beatrice is the only one living there to pay that much. That said, Andrew is pretty stingy “not because he won t rent for his girlfriend, but because a royalty member doesn’t have that much money.
