Captain Marvel was probably stronger than Thor (Chris Hemsworth) and Hulk (Mark Ruffalo), even Feige agreed. Yet it looks as if Feige might have changed his mind recently. What else Wanda has in store? Some sources claim that Wanda will resurrect Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) in Doctor Strange 2 apart from becoming a villain. Such reports have not been confirmed by Marvel, but producers are apparently in negotiations to retain the character of Johansson in the MCU. There are also reports that Cumberbatch’s character will represent Doctor Strange 3 visiting Hell with Doctor Doom to rescue his mom from Mephisto. This will not, of course, happen until long after Phase 4 is over. The next film in Marvel’s slate is Black Widow, which is set to debut on May 1 in theaters. The studio did not announce an official WandaVision release date but the show is scheduled to be available on Disney+ in 2020.
