With most of the lengths, this color will work. It’s going to look beautiful with curls and straight beach waves. If you like a little brightness around the face, you can always add to the front some babylights or a bolder highlight. Playing with the possibilities is endless, it is a very flexible color technique. And in my opinion with every appointment, they just keep getting better and better! You can customize it to the style of anybody! How would you describe this look?
Gold Blonde
I really love all of this look. Ash silver and cool blondes are very popular, so I love to do a beautiful buttery bright blonde when I get the chance. The length on almost anyone’s easy to style and super cute / flirty is super flattering. Plus, pulling back in a fun bun or half topknot and playing around with it is still long enough. Elegant but easy! Any advice that someone thinks about it? Don’t worry about warm blondes! On so many skin tones, they’re so beautiful. For the mom or girl on the go, this is a great length that doesn’t want to spend a lot of time putting together the hair. For medium to thin hair, also a perfect length.
Rose Gold Blonde
QA with Catlin Weston Lanza Artistic Design Team Member at the Uptown Minneapolis Mn Evolution Salon How would you describe this look? I think with an edge it’s a very wearable look. The cut is a long textured bob with a blunt perimeter to keep it fresh and healthy in appearance. The blonding was done with a mixture of scanning and a technique of baby foiling. I glazed her in a pink rose gold color which whispers after the lightness was achieved. It makes it unique, personalized and fun while staying professional in her appearance. It’s a bit different! I dried it and used a 1 1/4 inch iron rape around the barrel and unwind the hair section leaving the ends straighter for a lived-in the look I can give you the formula if you’re interested. Any suggestions that someone feels about it? For almost every face shape and age range, the lob (long bob) is perfect. It’s a look that can be achieved at home early. I’m going to say that these light colors appear to disappear. She’s faced with a beautiful blonde when she does it. Due to the technique I wanted to use, her color will also grow soft and blended. In other words, she doesn’t have to be as often retouching in the salon. I used minimal material keratin healing oil from Lanza and our memory development foam. I work with Lanza and I know that all I use is hair curing and heat control, and I also have Uv protection to ensure that its color lasts as long as possible. Strawberry Blonde

QA with Danielle Hess Colorist style creator @ Taffy Salon Spa in Clearfield Pa How would you describe this look? This look is hair of the imagination! Unicorn blonde hair dreamy creamy white blonde cascading waves. A look that’s all her hair, but it looks like she’s wearing a wig. Softly shaded white blonde hair with long textured layers and beachy waves is the technical description. I’m shampooing washing cutting and painting all my own shades! In our salon, we don’t have assistants. For two reasons, this look might be for low-maintenance gals or high-maintenance girls low-maintenance girls would win because this color is kept as healthy as possible. It takes as little heat as possible the better it’s dried air. The better the less flatirons / curling iron style. On the other hand, this color is quite high maintenance to maintain the tone- constant violet shampoo constant toner and trim appointments to keep the hair safe because we all know that white blonde is delicate! Expensive products from the salon quality are a must more trips to the salon if you don’t like roots (although I shadow all my blondes so they have a more graceful grow out) and don’t have to come but every 3/4 months. In my view, Ash blonde looks best for people with cool or pink undertones! I think it’s a look for someone who likes it and it’s hair. You can always change your mind and go for something else, but you might not want to go back once you’re blonde. Basically this color might work for girls of high or low maintenance, but I’d say it requires more maintenance than a darker blonde or golden blonde shadow or dark look. / QA with Heather Marshburn Hairstylist Style Creator @ Ave 42 Style Studio in Richmond Va How would you describe this look and what’s your favorite thing about it? To create and maintain this look, what items do you recommend? I’d recommend a great deal of commitment. She’s a natural level 5, so every four to six weeks we’ve done full highlights. Basically, we can go longer between appointments and only do some highlights every six to eight weeks. I recommend the use of professional hair care products at home between appointments. My favorite blonde shampoo and conditioner at home is Oribe Bright Blonde. It has a purple base that brightens the blond! What kind of customer would you recommend this look for? If you want blonde hair and you are naturally dark, I would recommend this only if you have time to commit to frequent maintenance in your life. It would also not work well with dry curly hair, because to start this process, you want your hair to be healthy. However pale skin and blonde hair is a beautiful combo to be a blonde works best for olive undertones. Just make sure that in your undertone you don’t have too much red.
/ QA with Style Creator Megan Hemingson Hairstylist Salon Manager @ Elle Marie Hair Studio How do you describe this look and what is your favorite? This is a powerful scan used to make it easier for her to do foils! I love how cold she is and how bright the color is between the roots and the ends. Sun-Kissed Blonde Hair
QA with Style Creator Brittni Rafter Senior Hairstylist @ Kharma Design Studio in Victoria Bc Canada How are you going to describe this look and what are your favorite things? I’d describe the color of this blonde hair as natural and sunk. The soft blend with the vanilla ice tones is my favorite thing about this look. To create and maintain this look, what products do you recommend? I use a 1 1/4-inch Rusk curling iron to create this look. It creates a beachy look by alternating the curls without the curls winding together. I run my fingers through the curls after setting the curls and finish with Amika Texture Spray. What kind of customer do you suggest this look for? To anyone who likes a more natural and low-maintenance look, I recommend balayage. The re-growth is a more solid line when customers get highlights, while a balayage has a softer blend that doesn’t go straight to the heart, allowing a more natural growth. Anyone can wear the scanner. You can really compliment a white / olive skin tone with vanilla / icy tones as in the photo.
Caramel Blonde
With this color job, Stylist Lizele has a magical touch! The lowlights and dark tips added dimensionality to the look.

/ QA with Style Creator Paul Madahan Owner at Fullerton’s PaulDavid Salon Ca How would you describe this look and what is your favorite thing about it? To create and maintain this look, what products do you recommend? I used the Eq gloss of Redken Shade after achieving a level of 10 pale yellow to neutralize the remaining unwanted pigments. I always recommend using a purple toning shampoo to keep my blonde customers looking. My go-to is that of Pravana! What kind of customer would you recommend this look for? For anyone with fair and warm undertones, I recommend this look.
/ QA with Style Creator Andy Smith Owner / Stylist @ Hey Sister in Brisbane Australia How do you describe this look and what is your favorite? This is a soft ombré marked ash blonde caramel. It was created using a technique of microfoiling from the root to the mid-length area and then lightened from the mid-lengths to the ends. What I like most about it is how the color’s softness unifies with the style’s soft flowing waves to create a playful, sassy, modern look. I tend to use as few products as possible because this is a natural flowing look. I apply Schwarzkopf OsiS+ Session Label Volumizing root spray after returning from the basin, followed by Schwarzkopf BlondeMe shine-enhancing spray conditioner for blonde hair that adds a nice and light conditioned feeling without weight while increasing luminosity with silver shimmer pigments. I apply a light hairspray after blowing drying and styling to allow some movement of the hair. I use Schwarzkopf OsiS+ Session Label to hold the hairspray flexibly because it has an ultra-fine mist that helps the hair to retain the bounce and volume without adding weight. What kind of customer would you recommend this look for? This is perfect for the blonde customer looking for a new look but still wanting to stay light. A subtle addition of depth to the root / facial area can really describe the eyes and make them pop! It’s also fantastic for the darker haired customer who has always wanted to be blonde, but who doesn’t want to frequent the salon to deal with problems of regrowth. This strategy is the perfect way for both worlds to get the best. This look is perfect for customers with medium to thick hair. This particular blonde (ash) shade is well suited to a warm skin tone (yellow / golden / peach undertone), although this look can still work with a tone adjustment on the blonde for cooler skin tones. A good general rule to follow when picking blonde tones is to choose the opposite of the undertone of your skin. Bright Blonde

/ QA with Jess Martanis Style Creator Hairstylist @ Blades Hair and Nail Studio in Milford Ct How would you describe this look and what’s your favorite thing about it? It’s a beautiful blonde hair color of butter. I love it’s multiple blonde tones. I’m using blonde high lift J Beverly Hills and full lightener J Beverly Hills. I used the platinum line from J Beverly Hills to blow her out. What kind of customer would you recommend this look for? This client is a home mom stay and when she gets her foil, she just started to get into root color to have an alternative to her two-hour appointment. She started getting more grays, too, and we couldn’t pick them all up in a foil. For her fair skin tone, this blonde works well with her and gives more depth to her fine hair.
Blonde Balayage

/ QA with Creator Style Kim Reeder Designer Stylist @ Dare La Vita in Auburn / Opelika Al How would you describe this look and what’s your favorite? I’d describe this look as a slightly dimensioned, natural blonde balayage. My favorite thing about this look is it’s such a low-maintenance hairstyle yet it always looks fresh and new. Also right now I’m great at the beach waves and can’t get enough! To achieve it is such an easy look and can last you all day. To create and maintain this look, what items do you recommend? What kind of customer would you recommend this look for? I’d recommend this look for someone who likes low maintenance instead of coming up for a highlight root touch every six to eight weeks. I also recommend it to someone who wants to look natural but sunny! Those with more of a tan complexion tend to best pull off a warm scan and those with a fair complexion tend to make a cool blonde scan look great.
Balayage Blonde
The dark roots get a golden blonde balaying light that makes the tresses look super bright and luminous.
Large
/I face-framed with Formula 1 to use very small woven babylights to create the money piece in front of the bang area and front hairline. I used a faded-foil technique from ear to part, alternating Formula 1 and 2 in a ratio of 2:1 (Blonde: Dark) after front framing was done and repeated on the other side and through the crown area. Do not pull the low light in the foil all the way. Only pull it halfway to keep blonde ends to help with dimension to create the fine woven balayage. Keep in mind taking in the foils small weaves. A 45-minute process. Apply Formula 3 1/2 after rinsing? -1 Are you? On the roots (tip: do not use excessive product) and allow 15 minutes of processing. Rinse with the glaze. Keep an eye on the glaze and follow the blonde’s desired tone. This will soften the film lines by making a small smudge of the roots and allow the hair to grow seamlessly. This makes color appointments longevity and requires very little maintenance. A fresh smudge and tone would be all you need in 8-10 weeks to freshen this look and provide another 6-8 weeks before you have to start fresh completely. For what kind of customer would you recommend this? For all hair densities and styles, this technique can be recommended (curly hair can require heavy weaves to make the dimension visible). It’s easy to maintain and leaves natural color movement. This particular formula is toned cool and the blue-eyed girls look fabulous. On multiple skin tones, this formula looks great. / QA with Style Creator Linet Keshishian Master Hairstylist Colorist @ Linet in Santa Monica and Studio City Ca How would you describe this look and what’s your favorite thing about it? To create and maintain this look, what products do you recommend? I use Unite 7 Seconds Spray as a heat protection and detangler to create and maintain this look. I also use a 1-inch barrel curling iron to create waves and a spray of Oribe texture to keep the hold. What kind of customer do you suggest this look for? This is a great look for a customer looking for that sunset look without the whole summer being in the sun. Because it’s a grown-out rooty look, it’s easy to keep for over four to six weeks. It’s a great look for thick hair as pigment is used with depth and dimension to split the thickness.
/ QA with Creator Nicole Crews Senior Hairstylist @ Boho House Salon in Vero Beach Fl How would you describe this look and what’s your favorite? This blonde look is a little edgy and modern. Often putting a new twist on long hairstyles is difficult, so we’ve added bangs and some fun layers to add motion! My favorite thing about this look is that you can style and wear it in so many ways that it’s so versatile. Tools are very necessary when you leave the salon to keep your hair. I recommend using Davines Alchemic Silver shampoo to help cancel any brassy tones you might get from washing to keep your blonde at home. I love R+Co High Dive for styling. It’s the perfect product for styling because it adds moisture and clarity and you can also use it to air dry or heat up! What kind of customer do you suggest this look for? I think all s can pull off this look and style, but if you have curly and/or thick hair, I’d be careful how much hair you can incorporate into bangs. You should always work on the right blonde tone with your stylist when you go blonde that compliments your skin best. I always recommend looking up pictures of celebrities that have the same eye color and skin tone as you to find out which color works best on your skin tone. With straight hairy ladies, this look is low-maintenance but would take some more effort from women with thicker or curly hair because the bangs will need regular styling.
To keep the hair hydrated and a color-safe shampoo and conditioner, I recommend Moroccan oil on the ends to keep the color last. What kind of customer would you recommend this look for? This look can be worn by any client as long as there is a nice transition from natural to blonde colour.
