24 Long Wavy Hair Concepts

The soft S waves give an old Hollywood glam feel to this look. It’s a long-standing style because it’s stunning and timeless. I love how the hair curls to highlight features like eyes and cheekbones around the head. It’s a great look for someone who doesn’t like to wear their hair, but wants to look polished. It’s romantic and gentle. His flexibility is the great thing about this look. This way, practically any hair length can be set. For example, curling the front hair to sit on the face may highlight some features like cheekbones. Providing the hair with a good product base and allowing the curls to set and cool in the place you want will give you the best durability. When curling the hair, blowing a mousse or styling spray in will help the curls remain and not flatten out. You can lightly brush the curls into place after curling each segment and use a medium hairspray to identify the hair bends.

Bright Hollywood Waves

A with Braider / Owner This look is called Hollywood Waves or Bridal Waves. My favorite thing about this look is how simple, sleek and polished it is. Having long hair is my suggestion to a customer who wants this look! Take really good hair care so it can be long and full or you can buy extensions of good quality hair. With this hairstyle, all face shapes look fabulous. This is for you if you’re a bride looking for a fresh, classic look! Sebastian Fierce Hairspray and Kenra Total Hold were the items I used to achieve this look.

Waves of the beach without effort

Dimensional Copper Waves

My favorite thing about it would be the different sizes you get from the different red and copper tones I’ve applied. I do love the beauty and richness of this hair color! This color is a little more maintenance and may not be perfect for someone who doesn’t have a lot of time or resources but the longer layers are great for anyone who wants straight or curled hair. Everyone can wear this look with the right products and equipment as far as the beach waves go. To build these waves, I used a 1 1/4-inch curling iron barrel and my favorite bumble and bumble products (Hairdresser Oil for shine and Spray De Mode for hold).

Living-in Waves

A with Senior Stylist I’d characterize this look as very beachy and vibrant. I love how the curls are painted and how the curls compliment the balayage lived-in. This look is also very easy to recreate at home for the consumer! I love this look because, whether the hair is short or long, it can suit any user. You may want some of the curls to fold towards the face or away depending on what the face shape is.This is a scan with a natural dark base and a scan of caramel. My favorite thing about this look is that it’s perfect for anyone with dark hair that doesn’t want to be blonde or red. I also like the colors that fit together and combine. My best advice would be to try to curl these curls single bit the way you did the last curl the opposite way. Allow a while before the curls are brushed out and let them cool down. I used Unite’s Elevate mousse as the hair was damp to give volume and Unite’s Texturiza spray was cooled after all. For any lifestyle, this color is perfect. It’s a great option if you’re looking for a change, but nothing too sweet, or if you’re a blonde trying to get darker but you don’t want to get sturdy.

To fit the look, somebody with a round face would need height in the crown. What items would you suggest for this look to be preserved and recreated? I’ve got three go-to items after a good shampoo for this look. First I start with Kerastase Nectar Thermique to create a barrier between the hair and the blow dryer and curling iron. I used two Essence Absolue pumps from Shu Umera on damp hair through the ends. Roughly dry the back to build and maintain volume after drying and shaping around the face to smooth out cowlicks and frizzies. For this look, I used a 1 1/2-inch barrel iron because my guest’s hair was long enough, but a smaller barrel might be ideal for shorter looks. Split the hair into three horizontal segments and use the iron to curl parts of two inches. For a more casual undone feel, make sure to leave the ends off. Fix the curls with Caviar Working Spray after you’ve curled all of your parts. I love this one because it’s light and to your taste it can be layered. Spray your head back through your hands (little Secret Moment of Victoria) and voila again!
