Wave-length shoulder hair is sufficient to start with a head turner. The beautiful blonde-brunette mix is what puts the bow on top of this.

Be flexible with your style – when wavy, it may look great straight but even better!

Curly Light Brown Hair

This is a dark blonde on long, naturally curly hair with detailed highlights. This guest has an amazing head of thick, naturally curly hair that has started to turn white. She is not ready for full color dedication and had some old color that faded and became brassy. Her hair was grown out and out of proportion as well. We gave her some soft blonde highlights to match with the top the lightness of the ends. Instead we gave her a semi-permanent color gloss to mix in the gray and finally added on a few toners to get her hair to a more neutral and less warm / brassy hue! We increased the length for her cut and gave her long layers to bounce the natural wave with which she is blessed! Try long layers and add texture to help bounce your natural wave if you have natural curls and want quick mess freestyle! I always say, Work with what you have! Let the curls of you shine! Good hair is good without the aid of appropriate items! I prescribe Moroccanoil Treatment for even hair porosity (apply 1-2 mid-length to end pumps) and Moroccanoil Curl Defining Cream! Scrunched into the hair this lovely smelling cream helps to moisturize and create curls (2-3 pumps added from the ends all the way to the roots) Diffuse dry and finish with Moroccanoil Hydrating Styling Cream to tame flyaways and add a bit of light moisture to the ends! For all hair types, all three of these items are perfect.

Honey Blonde Highlights

This dimensional honey blonde balayage radiates a warm glow in summer that brightens the look of anyone. The best part is the fact that overall she looks super bright but still has a lot of measurements spread all over. Not only is she a solid blonde, but she has a more organic and sun-kissed look. I offer golden blondes more often than not to customers who are about 50% gray and want to mix the silver in their natural base color. The warmer colors are giving the hair a more youthful glow. Honey blonde highlights are also smaller than super ashy blond care. This is good for customers who don’t often want to come in and re-tone their hair or for customers with well water and other mineral-filled shower water. Blonde Highlights

This look is a soft blonde balay. This guest came in with a previous balayage that had grown out. We cut 5 inches off first to freshen the ends and make her with her busy lifestyle more manageable. She can clean and go with this length or spend some extra time curling and styling!

Dark Brown Hair with White Blonde Highlights

Some tips for any customer interested in this look are to determine whether they are happy with some natural root or want more classic scalp highlight. Balayage isn’t for anyone who starts with any previous color, particularly clients. My client has the thickest hair and ideal for developing more of a fluffy. Balayage is for anyone who can’t come every 6 weeks, but who wants to have that color longevity. Purple shampoo once or twice a week is a good way between appointments to make that blonde pop up.

Red-Brown Hair with Blonde Highlights

This look is living in color with low maintenance. I love the fact that you can go months when you do a balayage highlight and the color still looks amazing without the standard foil highlight’s re-growth lines. She has super thick hair like myself so I always find long layers w/ some debulking to ends so you don’t get the choppy look I hear most customers moaning about with thick hair. To achieve this incredible waves, I love my Bioionic 1 1/4 in curling iron. This iron curls really easy and makes any frizz in the hair very smooth so it gets the job done quickly and easily. Our lives are too busy to spend an hour brushing our hair in the morning because let’s face it! I consider this design and color ideal for the busy working women who need to stay on top of the trends but have no time for every 4-week rendezvous. I used smoothing cream and nourishing oil for her on towel-dried hair. The goods are highly concentrated, so there is a long way to go. I blowed her w / a big round comb, and then curled her hair in iron with my 1 1/4. Instead I took one pump and rubbed it on my hands more of the nourishing oil and added it to the hair to add more shine and calm any flyaways. So quick – fancy nothing! All together, it took me 25 minutes to blast and curl. She should be able to get a few days out of this look before having to wash again with a little dry shampoo and a brush with the iron! I love Loma because they don’t have heavy or greasy products on their hair!

A with Hair Makeup Artist My first impression of strawberry blonde is that Blake Lively strawberry blonde everyone wants! For this light, that was my inspiration! You do want to go with a shade that complements it when you light the natural hair. I think it’s a beautiful color to frame the head with more blonde and gradually fade into the crown! Brightening the summer hair will always make your hair stand out more changing colors because the seasons attract attention to your hair.
